Pros:

This was the simpler of the hotels we stayed at during our trip to Mallorca, yet it was our favorite; the location was quiet, the breakfast was good, the pool area was very peaceful, and the staff were pleasant.

Very disappointing stay – Lack of basic amenities and poor soundproofing
Pros:

Location only.

Cons:

Extremely disappointing experience and far below acceptable standards. Basic room amenities were completely missing: no iron, no kettle, no tissues, no coffee, and not even drinking water in the room. The safe box was totally out of order. Additionally, the soundproofing was terrible—noise from outside and neighboring rooms was constant, making it impossible to rest. I have also reached out to Booking.com customer support regarding these issues and requested compensation, but I have received no response or resolution to date. Highly unsatisfied with the lack of hospitality and support.

Cons:

Pool hat leider nicht immer pünktlich geöffnet
Nicht genügend Föhne zum ausleihen

Die oben angegebenen Minuspunkte verbessern und wir würden bestimmt regelmäßiger das Hotel aufsuchen.
Pros:

Sehr gut

Cons:

Das kein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer war.
Nur Bügel offen.
Im Bad keine Handtuchhalter.
Gläser oder Becher für Zahnbürsten wären noch gut gewesen.
Eventuell ein Fön wäre klasse gewesen.

Im Getränkeautomat unten war leider kein Wasser zu kaufen.
Bei unserer Abreise zur Nacht wäre noch ein Kaffee aus einem Automaten schön gewesen.

Ansonsten war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr gutem Frühstück.

Good choice for quality & price. Responsive & friendly staff
Pros:

Nice pool opened until 7pm, nice and clean room, nice bar service, friendly staff. You are 15minutes / 30€ from Palma, but Arenal is a city on itself with bars & shops, and the hotel is close to playa Arenal, and of course not far from airport (10min 20€)

Cons:

We experienced a disapointement with the airconditionning system, so I complained about it and they quickly changed their policy to let the aircond system work now even while you're out of your room (they even send me proof). I felt it was top-notch responsive to take my complain into account and change their policy. I really appreciate this attitude that's why my comment now reflects the overall benefits of this hotel

Molto bene, ma da migliorare.
Pros:

Staff molto gentile e accogliente. Colazione davvero molto buona, ricca di qualsiasi cosa dal dolce al salato. Posizione dell'hotel molto conveniente sia per girare in loco o per spostarsi in auto.

Cons:

Servirebbe un frigo in stanza per tenerere al fresco le bibite, visto le temperature molto alte. Nel periodo in cui ho soggiornato ci sono state alcuni spiacevoli rumori notturni nei corridoi di ospiti poco educati. Infine mi sarei aspettato dei set di cortesia più completi in bagno e non solamente il sapone e i bicchieri usa e getta.

Great hotel, great value for money
Pros:

Bed was comfy, clean bathroom, really good shower, friendly receptionist, balcony was nice. Most of the breakfast items were nice. They offer beach towels for a deposit

Cons:

Air conditioner took a long time to cool the room down (a few hours) and could not be left on while out of the room unless you ask reception. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were really bad.
