Immaculately clean. We had a very comfortable stay and the AC worked great. Location is perfect. Breakfast is delicious! Staff members are amazing! I will stay here time and time again. ❤️

The hotel and room were very clean. The open-buffet breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Disaster gemäss meinen zwei Gästen !!! Wir haben in einem Besenzimmer geschlafen.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren

Wir fühlen uns bei dieser Buchung regelrecht hintergangen. Gebucht und bezahlt wurden zwei Comfort-Doppelzimmer mit mindestens einem französischen Bett und Balkon. Der Preis betrug EUR 696.– pro Zimmer für drei Nächte, insgesamt somit knapp EUR 1’400.–.

Tatsächlich erhielten die beiden von mir eingeladenen Personen jedoch jeweils ein sehr kleines Einzelzimmer mit Einzelbett, unmittelbar neben dem Aufzug. Die zugeteilten Zimmer entsprachen somit in keiner Weise der von mir vorgenommenen und bezahlten Buchung.

Das Empfangspersonal hat lediglich mitgeteilt, das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Die beiden Gäste konnten vor Ort leider nicht entsprechend reagieren, da sie nicht wussten, welche Zimmerkategorie ich ursprünglich für sie gebucht und bezahlt hatte.

Mit grosser Enttäuschung musste ich im Nachhinein feststellen, dass die vereinbarte Leistung nicht erbracht wurde. Ein solches Vorgehen ist sowohl seitens des Hotels als auch seitens Booking.com absolut inakzeptabel. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis steht in keinem Verhältnis zu den tatsächlich erhaltenen Zimmern.

Als langjähriger Kunde von Booking.com habe ich eine derartige Abweichung von der bestätigten Buchung und einen solchen Umgang mit Gästen bisher noch nie erlebt.

Ich fordere Sie deshalb auf, den Sachverhalt umgehend zu überprüfen, mir eine schriftliche Stellungnahme zukommen zu lassen und eine angemessene Teilrückerstattung des bezahlten Betrags zu veranlassen.

Ich erwarte Ihre zeitnahe Antwort sowie einen konkreten Lösungsvorschlag.

Für 1 - 3 Nächte top!
Pros:

Waren eine Nacht am Ballermann und haben dafür eine verhältnismäßig günstige aber dennoch gut bewertete Unterkunft gesucht. Genau das bietet dieses Hotel: Zimmer erstaunlich geräumig, Bad inkl. Dusche ebenfalls gut, Frühstück mit sehr reichhaltiger Auswahl. Großzügiger Pool. Lage zwar die sog. "dritte Reihe", trotzdem ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand. Ebenso im dt. Eck, Bierkönig knapp 10 Minuten, Megapark knappe Viertelstunde. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Es gab einen Tresor. Allerdings war der nicht mehr funktionsfähig - was anderes zu kritisieren gibt es aus meiner Sicht nicht,
