From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Pros:

The location was great. Great pool and the room was ok.

Cons:

The food choice was not only limited with minimal on the menu. What was also served was not what was on offer and what you would expect. Food was definatly a big let down. Breakfast we waited for over an hour for 2 fried eggs which we repeatedly had to remind staff who didnt real seem to bothered. It defiantly let down the expectations of a Hilton. I now inderstand why the cost and the star ratting is so low.

Pros:

Das Zimmer. Unser Wunsch das Zimmer in die obere Etage zu bekommen wurde erfüllt.Der Rooftop pool und vorallem die Rooftop Bar Spitze. Sehr freundliches,kompetentes Personal.

Cons:

Das Frühstück. Sehr viel Luft nach oben. Speisesaal unpersönlich.Kantine mässig.
Zu viel Asiatisches Essen.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner très variés pour tout les goûts, beaucoup de choix et très bon. L’hôtel est grand avec une belle piscine au dernier étage ainsi qu’un restaurant en roof top très bon et prix correct. Je recommande l’hôtel que ce soit pour un court ou long séjour. Metro à proximité. Le personnel très sympa et disponible à tout moment.

Cons:

Le nettoyage au niveau de la salle de bain n’était pas très top, des cheveux présents sur les murs mais sinon rien à dire sur tout le reste ainsi que dans l’hôtel en lui même.

It ok to stay only my room have the problem
Pros:

Room most of items are not working and not good.
1. Bathroom door not closing properly
2. Bathroom sink water not going and it take very long time.
3. ⁠bathroom flash not working most of the time

Cons:

4. ⁠in room tv no use. We cannot use the tv as we are foreigner we will use youtube and Netflix. Here is just normal tv no users for that.
