The elevator is slow ans is insufficient for the number of room and it’s always crowded and have to skip ans wait for long for an elevator with a little empty space

Conference Trip to KL
Pros:

Single room on a high floor with great views. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Pool bar onsite was good value for money and has excellent views of KL.

Cons:

Area is ok during the day. Staff giving directions in English was an issue but I got where I needed to be in the end. Breakfast was average.
