LIFT.ONE LIFT WAS NOT OPERATIONAL OUT OF THREE LIFTS.REST TWO WERE VERY SLOW MOVING.PERHAPS THE SLOWEST I HAVE SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFETIME.ALSO ONLY TWO LIFTS ARE NOT SUFFICIENT FOR A BIG HOTEL AS THEY COULD ACCOMODATE ONLY 17 PEOPLE AT MOST.AND DURING MORNING BREAKFAST RUSH HOURS LIFTS WERE UNAVAIABLE AND WE HAD TO USE STIRS TO REACH DINING HALL.ALSO I BOOKED TWO KL TOWER VIEW CORNER ROOM WITH SWIVEL BIG GLASS WINDOW BUT I HAVE BEEN ALLOTTED ONLY ONE CORNER ROOM.OTHER ROOM WAS PRMARILIY SMALL BUT THE RECEPTION STAFF WAS AMAZING AND HE ARRANGED FOR A BIGGER ROOM (THOUGH NOT THE CORNER ROOM)WITHIN 1 HOUR.

The room is very spacious. Location is good.

Cons:

Window is not looking outside scenery but is facing another room's window. It would have been great if the room is furnished with a working desk. It only had a small round table.

Complete with basic necessities. The room was ok, the bed was comfortable except the pillows were too soft, matched the description (KL Tower view), the breakfast was scrumptious with variety of dishes (Malay, Chinese & Indian dishes) Smooth check ins.

Cons:

The hairdryer provided didn't working. Need to pay 15.90myr for valet parking (multiple entries) a bit hassle if guests want to go out repeatedly.
