Spacious room in a little sketchy neighbourhood?

Proximité avec la gare du Midi et la station Clémenceau (et encore...)

Cons:

Très cher pour le standing d'hôtel que c'est
Pratiquement pas d'espace pour rester dans le lobby
Lavage vaisselle plus que passable
Tarde pour libérer la chambre alors que dans la plupart des hôtels le standard est 14h

Βολική τοποθεσία και καθαρό κατάλυμα με ωραίο πρωινό.
Pros:

Πολύ ωραίο πρωινό που καλύπτει όλες τις ανάγκες και προτιμήσεις με ποικιλία από φρέσκα γλυκά. Επίσης, είχε πολύ ωραίο στρώμα το δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν σχεδόν πέντε λεπτά με τα πόδια από τον Σταθμό Midi και μας εξυπηρέτησε τέλεια για να πάρουμε το τρένο.

Really nice mini-apartment hotel
Pros:

Really nice room, super clean, good size, mini-kitchen, great shower. We arrived early but they let us store our baggage so we could explore the city. Staff were v nice and helpful. Super close (5mins) and convenient for the main Brussels train station (inc Eurostar).

Cons:

4pm check in is pretty late. Not the nicest area, it's a tram or metro ride away from the main city sights (but to be fair we wanted to be near the station as had an early train and public transport in Brussels is really efficient).

Pros:

Bien situado. Lo que se necesita para pasar unos días. Buena cama. Ropa de cama y toallas bien. Tenía cafetera y nos dejaron 2 cápsulas. Estupendo para visitar Bélgica. Al lado de la estación Midi.

Cons:

El barrio está un poco sucio.

Unhygienic practices and rude staff. I don't recommend and would not stay here again.
Pros:

The location was convenient and right next to a grocery store.

Cons:

The rude staff. To be clear not all the staff were rude but two staff members were genuinely so rude and threatened to charge us extra for every question we asked. The most disappointing was when they told us there was no cleaning services without extra cost which is a wild thing to say or do and super unhygienic for a hotel. This was despite their cleaning policy posted in the room that said they offer at least one cleaning every 7 days during a stay. Not to mention the sheets that had holes or stains on them. That was another unpleasant surprise.

A perfect place to stay near the train station.
Pros:

The staff was extremely courteous and accomodating. The security to accerss the building and elevators was well done. Having a balcony on the 6th floorf was wonderful with a great view.
