The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. also it was central to the market area where there were other venues to visit, the food was very well prepared and cooked to order, it was very clean and in good order and our room was large with a big shower enough room for 2 people, and with a good sized car park so all in all a good place to stay for a few days..

Lovely refurbished hotel with bright and spacious dining and bar areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good evening menu and excellent choices for breakfast. Convenient car park at rear with EV charging facilities. Very close to pubs and restaurants in the town centre.

Ordered a bottle of presseco for the room. Could have bought the same bottle from Tesco down the road for £17, not a premium brand.
Handles missing from the bathroom cupboards, and for £190 per night would expect snacks in the room to be included, will not return
Size and quality of the room & its furnishings. A lovely bathroom with a full size walk in shower as well as a full size bath tub.
Centrally located with easy access to the town. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent quality of food when we dined.

It was in a convenient location . It was clean and the environment was good. I had hurt my back prior to the break but everything was easily assessable for me.
There was no always enough parking spaces but we didn’t have a problem
The hotel was extremely well run an exceeded expectations.
I had eggs benedict which I didn't think was the best one I have had but my husband had the big breakfast and it was lovely. Overall the breakfast was lovely. The location is lovely we really like Beverly.i was very pleased we had decaffeinated tea bags in our room, which is very rare. Our rom was very nice.
On booking.com the initial price quoted a small double room, in actual fact after I booked the room it said the bed was a three quarter bed which obviously for 2 adults is not big enough. So we had to upgrade. It should be stated clearly with Booking.com that the first price is for a three quarter bed and not just described as a small double bedroom!

I have stayed at the Beverley arms in the past and it has maintained its standards. It’s in a good location and the rooms I have used have been kept in good order. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good quality and plentiful.
Although food is good quality it could be a bit more sophisticated.
