Top Lage nahe der Altstadt, freundliches Personal und tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal, es ist sehr ruhig und in wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum.
Zudem genießt man einen spektakulären Blick auf San Gimignano (besonders nachts).
Die Struktur ist zwar ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker.

Cons:

Wie geschrieben, die Struktur ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, das merkt man besonders im Bad.

Beautiful view, close to the center but too loud
Pros:

The room was really nice, clean, it had useful toiletries, beautiful view and it was really close to the center.
Luckily when we came the lady from the reception (who was really nice, unfortunately didn't ask for her name) gave us her parking spot because all the other parking spaces were occupied.

Cons:

I gave score 7 only because it was too loud!
We had the room above the reception and we felt lilke the bed is literally near the reception. We were hearing everything!
The telephone ringing on repeat, loud speaking until 12:30 past midnight.. The woman who worked and made coffee knocked on the machine every time she cleaned the coffe machine..
When we came at first I wanted to stay few days but luckily we were only staying for one night.
Also the breakfast was little poor and the croissants weren't fresh.

La proximité du centre ville a pieds et le parking devant l’hôtel gratuit.
La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Équipement un peu désuet, interrupteurs mal fixé dans les sanitaires et TV ancienne.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, à deux pas du centre historique mais loin de la foule.
A noter, le restaurant de l'hôtel a fermé mais il y a des réductions pour un autre restaurant avec une super vue.

Cons:

Contrairement à ce qui était annoncé, la vue du balcon était complètement cachée par un bâtiment, un peu dommage puisqu'on était venu pour ça...
