The rooftop area was very nice, and the location was excellent—just a short walk from a beautiful beach.
The bathroom design was a major downside. The toilet area was separated only by transparent glass, which provided almost no privacy, especially when staying with family.
The pool frequently ran out of towels, and there was a very unpleasant odor in the room throughout our stay. Breakfast was also disappointing—we even saw a cockroach in the dining area.
The coffee was particularly poor. Having worked and traveled extensively in Vietnam for more than 10 years, I find it surprising that in a country famous for its coffee culture, a hotel would serve coffee of such low quality.
Very clean rooms and friendly staff
No towels for pool went up most days no towels available also if you need towel for beach bring your own they don’t allow their towels to be taken out of hotel and that’s if you were lucky to find one

またスタッフの方の対応が親切でした。部屋は綺麗ですが部屋でゆっくり過ごしたい方からしたら少し狭さを感じるかもです。
朝食が何食べてもがまずい。そして米にソーセージに何食べても硬い。近くのモーニングを食べにいった方がいいです。
あとプールも汚い。
しょうがないことだと思いますが、4階でゴキブリが出ました。
ただ、夜中にも関わらずスタッフの方が処理しに部屋に来てくれました🙏

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel and feel compelled to share my experience so that other travelers can make an informed decision.
Having stayed at numerous hotels throughout Vietnam, this is the first property where I genuinely felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived. The reception staff were unfriendly, did not smile, did not greet us, and showed very little interest in providing a welcoming guest experience.
One particularly concerning experience occurred when we enquired about halal dietary requirements. Instead of receiving assistance, members of staff looked at each other and laughed. I am still unsure what was amusing about a simple and respectful dietary request. No meaningful effort was made to accommodate us thereafter.
Before arriving, I requested assistance in booking tickets for a fireworks event. Despite the hotel already having my booking details and payment information, I was simply given a WhatsApp number and told to manage the arrangements myself. After sending messages, I received no response for more than a day. Only after I followed up and reminded them that payment had already been made did I receive any response.
The lack of care continued during breakfast. There were no halal options available and, when we requested vegetarian alternatives, very little support was offered. There was also noticeable cross-contamination among food items. As a result, despite having paid for breakfast, we chose not to attend breakfast on the following day. Surprisingly, nobody checked whether there had been an issue or whether our needs had been met.
We also asked the hotel to arrange a cruise excursion. We paid for VIP tickets, only to discover upon arrival that the hotel had provided us with the wrong departure time. This resulted in us waiting outside in extremely hot weather for approximately one and a half hours.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Da Nang. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beautiful beach, making it very convenient for sightseeing and relaxation.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to the bellboy, Mint Chao ( if im not mistaken) who spoke fluent English and made communication effortless throughout our stay.
We were pleasantly welcomed with refreshing kombucha tea upon arrival, and it was such a thoughtful touch to receive another serving when checking out. These small gestures made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring Da Nang. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained.
One thing worth noting is that irons are available for guest use, although they are located in the hotel lobby rather than in the rooms. While this was slightly less convenient, it was not a major issue.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, a great location, comfortable accommodation, and warm hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang.
