Optimal service quality price

An extremely useful service was the bus that picked us up from in front of the hotel and dropped us off directly at the airport (cost 5 euros)

Voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Tot verassing met het inchecken werd ik geupgrade naar een junior suite ! Dat was helemaal top !

Cons:

Ik had voor de "urban hotel" geboekt, dus dacht ik dat het ook een aparte hotel was, maar niet dus. Ik volgde de borden urban maar bleek dat ik bij de hoofd hotel moest inchecken, dus moest ik helemaal weer terug lopen. De shuttle bus tijden van de airport naar het hotel was nergens aangegeven op de website zelf. Het is goed aangegeven bij het hotel en in de shuttlebus. Maar niet voor dat je je reis maakt naar het hotel. Aangezien er zoveel toeristen staan te wachten bij de shuttle halte was er helemaal geen plek om te kijken naar de tijden, dus was het handig geweest om de tijden al door te krijgen na het boeken van de hotel

Pros:

Wij waren hier alleen maar om in de ochtend een vroege vlucht te halen, dus niet van alle faciliteiten gebruik gemaakt.. Maar er was van alles te doen, en het was perfect schoon en netjes.

Cons:

Nooit eerder meegemaakt dat ik bij een hotel borg moest betalen voor de kamer.
