Fraser Place Puteri Harbour

Check-in was smooth and fast. We booked 2 rooms and got both on the same floor. Unfortunately, there was a cockroach in the bathroom of one of the rooms and when the concierge was alerted, they sent up someone to take care of it. They also sprayes some medicine all around which smelled good, so that it can prevent more cockroaches.

Unfortunately, the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned and the bedside table area was dusty. Would be good if the housekeeping team would take note of this.

Not a good location. There was also sewage smell coming from my bathroom.

I was disappointed when I checked into the room. I paid for sea view 2-bedroom suite, but apparently it is not a seaview unit but only partial lakeview can be seen. Nonetheless, the breakfast spread is good, quite a variety.

Spacious, comfortable and clean room.

ID of the room was weird. Location was in a building connected to Hard Rock Cafe, but most of the shops around was dead. The street outside was dark and with construction going on, it was hard to get to.

Fast check in and check out. Room is comfortable and spacious for our family. Location is good and near amenities within 3 to 5km.

Location of property was very convenient. Checkin was smooth. The staff helpful and responsive. We had nice view from our room. The room was clean. There is show of some wear and tear, but nothing to takeaway from the comfort of the room. We found the bed to be comfortable and slept well. There was a strong, unpleasant smell along the corridor of our floor. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

The aircon was spoilt and the bathtub has dirty water, paid a lot for this. Terrible

The room did not provide spare tissue as most hotel will ensure guest will have sufficient and do not need to request for it.
Lighting switches confusing. No TV listing.

Hotel facilities are excellent with the exception of shower knob not working. However the surrounding ambience is affected by abandoned buildings & structures & empty fields stuck with smelly rainwater and insects/frogs/wild dogs loud noises at night can be hear at 10 th floors. Not sure the smell is coming from the water trapped in the empty field or the bay is filled with dead animal carcasses.
