I won't recommend the property
Pros:

Central location in the city, close to almost everything.

Cons:

Cleaning service is poor. Poor breakfast experience, not recommended. The safe was not functioning. Smoke room smell and poor towels smell, we asked to replace the towels once arrived into the room, however, the receptionist got defensive and claimed towels were replaced earlier in the day.

من افضل فنادق العقبة

بصراحة أكثر شيء حبّيناه هو أجواء الفندق والموقع، غير المعاملة الحلوة من الطاقم.
خصوصًا موظف الأمن بورديّة المساء، إنسان جدًا محترم وخلوق، وتعاملُه خلانا نحس كأننا بين أهلنا.
وكمان موظفة الاستقبال كانت راقية جدًا بتعاملها وما قصّرت معنا بأي شيء

هاي ثاني مرة إلي بالفندق.
أول زيارة كانت سنة 2025 تقريبًا، وكانت ممتازة بدون أي ملاحظات.

أما الزيارة الثانية سنة 2026 فكانت أقل من توقعاتي شوي، خصوصًا إني ماخد جناح (سويتا) وكنت متوقع مستوى أفضل من ناحية الخدمة والتفاصيل.

الفطور لا يليق بفندق مثل لكوستا، وخلال 6 ليالي كان نفس الفطور يوميًا وبجودة ضعيفة نسبيًا.
البيض لونه أزرق، وما كان فيه تنوع بالفواكه غير سلطة فواكه فيها تفاح وبرتقال فقط، والحلويات والكعك شبه غير موجودة، وحتى القهوة كانت خفيفة جدًا وكأنها مجرد لون.

كمان ضغط الماء في الحمام ضعيف جدًا، وطلبنا من الطاقم أكثر من مرة حل المشكلة بدون أي نتيجة.
وباب الحمام لا يُغلق بشكل كامل وما فيه خصوصية، وهذا شيء مزعج
