Hotel pěkný a útulný
Pros:

Úplně nejvíc top byl personál na recepci. Absolutní respekt :-) pokoj pohodlný, staršího vybavení. Bohužel nefungovala TV, ale neřešili jsme, protože to nebylo pro nás důležité. Snídaně v pořádku. Wellness příjemný, výběr saun, bazén, výřivka.

Cons:

Hotel nemá k dispozici parkování. Parkuje se na zpoplatněné ulici.

Excellent service!
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were absolutely incredible! They were genuinely kind, welcoming and exceptionally helpful (Ladies at reception and man (Juško?) on the resteraunt. They could not have provided more excellent service. They really made the stay. The facilities were also excellent, and for the €70 I paid, I was very happy overall and would certainly stay again for that price.

Cons:

The floors and walls of the room could benefit from a deep clean, particularly some noticeable stains. At €70 I was very happy, but I would not have paid the original advertised price (on booking) of €170 given the condition of the room. That said, it is a lovely hotel and the staff make it so.

Za mňa jeden z najlepších hotelov v ktorých som bol.

Pani, ktorá pracovala ráno na recepcii, bola úplná topka – veľmi príjemná, ochotná a ústretová.

Cons:

Bohužiaľ, starší pán, ktorý bol v noci na recepcii, nebol úplne príjemný. Navyše sme nedostali ani vínko, ktoré sme mali mať v cene pobytu.

V kúpeľni bola poškodená sprchová hlavica a nestriekala tak, ako by mala.

Pros:

S pobytom sme boli maximálne spokojné. Neskutočne príjemný personál, skvelé jedlo, tichá lokalita, wellness priamo v hoteli.

Cons:

Mrzelo nás, že hotel ma kontrakt iba s jedným masérom, ktorý bol beznádejne vybookovaný v čase nášho pobytu. Keby sme mali túto info vopred, objednali by sme si ho skôr.
