Excellent staff, kind, helpful and attentive.
Pros:

I was offered a late breakfast even though I had just missed the cut-off time.

Cons:

The Wi-fi and Internet were not working during the majority of our stay.

L'accès illimité au spa + espace wellness qui est vraiment complet (jacuzzi intérieur et extérieur, sauna, hammam, bain froid, piscine, jet froid, etc)
La propreté
La chambre très bien
Le pti déjeuner buffet vraiment complet !!

Cons:

Quelques équipements abîmés un peu
La connexion Wifi qui est vraiment catastrophique pour le coup :/

Super, skvele 😊
Pros:

Všetko sa nám pacilo, raňajky aj večere skvele, personál veľmi príjemný, izba super, boli sme tam už druhý krát a pôjdeme ešte určite opäť. Poloha skvelá, centrum na pešo kúsok od hotela.
