Las instalaciones no se encuentran en el mejor estado. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, sobre todo en los baños. Habia una mancha enorme de humedad sobre la cama y caian pedacitos de revoque.

Vị trí tuyệt vời, trong ngõ yên tĩnh mà chỉ cách phố lớn 30m, gần bến bus/taxi, máy ATM (mặc dù nên thanh toán bằng thẻ, tỷ giá tốt hơn, mọi nơi đều chấp nhận thẻ), có siêu thị to ngay gần đó (rất hữu ích do giá tại các quán ăn quá đắt).
Chủ nhà Ugur và bạn nữ phục vụ bữa sáng thân thiện. Có thể sử dụng bếp (nơi ăn sáng) để nấu ăn. Sân thượng có thể ngắm khinh khí cầu vào buổi sáng.
Phòng ở bị ngấm nước, vữa rơi từ trần và tường xuống sàn và giường. Một đêm bị mất nước (các phòng đều mất nước), sáng ra chờ đến 8g báo chủ nhà thì sau đó lại có ngay (giống như bị ai đó cố ý cắt nước).
Tour xanh giá tốt nhưng ko thú vị, trừ thành phố ngầm thì tất cả các điểm chỉ dừng lại đứng ngắm từ xa, 2 điểm shopping dừng quá lâu (mất hơn 2g tổng cộng).

La falta de limpieza. Humedad y olor a caló en la habitación. A pesar de solicitarlo nunca limpiaron la habitación. La habitación estaba e bajada con lo cual las mesas de luz tenían que estar de costado para que no se abrieran los cajones. Tal vez tengan mejores habitaciones pero como contratas por Booking te dan la peor.No coinciden las fotos de la publicación con la realidad.

Clean and simple room but with a wonderful terrace to watch hot air ballons fly on top of you in the morning. I am grateful to the host for giving us a room early as our bus arrived so early in the morning. We were able to rest before walking around Göreme. Location is right in the center of Goreme to dine, shop, and get to a Hamman for a bath and massage. We were picked up from the stone house for our Mixed green and red tour and for our ride to the airport. Delicious Turkish breakfast served. Hot strong shower. My favorites are the wide window and door leading to the terrace.
My suggestions are:
Add 2 more panels to the curtains for better privacy. It could be cheap plain curtains as it is important to cover the windows and door for privacy and to block out the light.
Spray the base of the shower door some Tilex or chlorine to remove the mold and mildew.
The bathroom smelled of sewer so I had to wear a mask inside the room to block the smell. A plumber needs to be consulted. A pee trap is essential to eliminate the foul smell.
Incredible place to stay!! The location is 10/10, it’s in the heart of Goreme Valley. The price of the room is really fair for what you received. Super complete breakfast!
Nice people managing the hotel, Uğur was always nice with us giving recommendations and having good conversations!
We’ll definitely comeback in the future and we’ll stay there!!

La ubicación perfecta, a 2 minutos caminando de la estación de buses. Muy bien equipado, calefacción excelente para los días fríos y lluviosos que nos tocaron. El desayuno rico y la persona que los prepara muy amable. Ugur siempre pendiente del WhatsApp en caso de necesitar algo, fue muy amable al regalarnos un poco de detergente para lavar nuestra ropa. Muy agradecida !
Tal vez el baño necesita un poco de mejoras, pero cumple con lo básico

Epoch Stone House is a great stay right in the center of Göreme, perfect location and excellent value for money. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, even taking me to get my car tyre fixed when I couldn’t have managed it on my own. He also arranged activities for us at very good prices.
A couple of small improvements would be adding a dustbin in the room (not just the bathroom) and a mirror in the room. Otherwise, a fantastic experience overall.
