What expected for the price
Pros:

Pretty close to the sea, easy parking
It was cheap for 1 night

Cons:

Wouldn’t stay again, not really welcoming
It has much potential or maybe it used to be very good, but very tired and needs lots of TLC

value for money.
Pros:

Heater was on and room was cosy.

Cons:

It was a hot water in tap but not in shower for some reason, but probably if you speak with someone it be ok, I didn't bother at that time.

Pros:

The room , towels and toilet were clean enough.
However, the premises are very 'tired '.
No permanent receptionist, met one member of staff at registration, he was helpful by giving me a room.closer to the entrance as lift was out of order.(I was told it had been for some time). That was the last time I saw any staff.The only surviving signage on the hotel front were the A, I, and T. Which made made it difficult to recognise it as the MARINE HOTEL from.the outside.
