It is very difficult for people with a disability to get around
Pros:

Good

Cons:

Because I am deaf I could not tell that the bingo caller was saying it would be better if you could have numbers which you could see
The bar could open at midday

Would definitely visit again
Pros:

The pool was excellent, we had a lovely chat with the concierge, great evening entertainment and the location was a minute away from the beautiful coast.

Cons:

Noisy neighbors upstairs at midnight, but not quite the sort of thing you could interrupt!! The breakfast by 9am was half vanished and we had to ask for plates and bowls. The severing staff were lovely though.

I would definitely recommend & come back to this hotel should l come back to Llandudno.
Pros:

The location was perfect, on the sea front, 8 minutes walk from train station, 6 minute walk from bus stop. Rooms were good, clean, facilities were good. If you required further assistant all the staffs were happy to help. The decor of the hotel, rooms were in good condition. Other facilities available: restaurant, lounge, bar entertainment. out-door seating area etc, (to check availabilities with reception). I had breakfast included, (check tines at the reception). The spread was pretty decent, variety of both cooked food, and continental food, (dietary requirements, upon request); no room to complaint. My overall stay was extremely delightful. l have rated it 8 and not 10, because, the rooms could do with more plug sockets, (especially near the bedside table for charging phones etc). The lift was very old and it broke during my stay and l couldn't access my room. besides the staircase, and climbing up was a struggle for me. However, upon request my room was changed, straightway, my luggage was transferred to new room. Breakfast seating area was allocated which l didnt like. During breakfast on my first day, l ordered 4 gluten free toast, (now bearing in mind they are quite small, and the crust is quite dry and hard and unable to eat), l overheard a middle-aged female staff who was assisting guest, mumbling to herself, 'OMG! what a load of toast for one person, how much can you possibly eat' or something similar to that comment, which l found quite rude and unacceptable. Those comments should not have been passed at all and especially in a manner that l overheard them. I was quite put off at first but l didn't allowed that to spoil my stay, nor did l put a complaint in. Other than that it was an enjoyable 3 day/night stay.

Cons:

The location, value for money, all staff all (except one) were helpful.
