Awful never again ..reception staff need training

Extremely unhelpful staff on reception was given a room that was difficult to access due to buggy and toddler I could not find it initially it was behind a door on its own with a step no landing view was overlooking a loaded skip dirty mattresses and a backyard with lots of debris after I asked they changed room and not much better for £200 for 2 nights no help offered to move luggage etc from 1 room to another .morning breakfast worst ever staff all young and the whole shift just appeared a drag to them no smiles no welcome only knew one name because the only staff member who was serving on the bar who bothered to introduce himself and talk to my grandaughter was miguel also the woman blonde hair on bar was lovely too .

Pros:

Lovely hotel right on seafront. Could do with bit of update but clean and comfy. Any probs dealt with quickly. Lovely staff, especially on reception. And very helpful and funny barman/ handyman. Came in very handy with his hammer! And cleaner on floor 3 very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay and hope to go back soon! Entertainment was good especially Morgan, think that was his name. Great singer.

Inexpensive Victorian hotel on the seafront
Pros:

Clean, helpful staff, free parking on site, excellent location.

Cons:

Breakfast was refunded because they ran out! We were very happy to skip breakfast anyway: it looked pretty awful.
