Stayed a couple of weeks ago for long weekend. first of all the positives. Great location, clean and tidy. Room spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and ample draws. There's absolutely NO free parking like stated even though it states parking spaces on first come first serve basis. Its only staff allowed to park in car park at the back. Parking in street is £7.50 per day via pay meter which is quite complicated to use. No help from staff with this. Found staff quite unhelpful in general and have to say a little unfriendly. Also 4 of us paid for breakfast for following day when we turned up there was no record of this and not on list. However we still had breakfast. One lady seemed to be rushing around doing all the work while some of the younger members of staff didn't seem interested at all and quite frankly looked as so they didn't want to be there. Also there was no phone in the room again as stated on website.

Lack of room heating even when heater requested.and promised by reception staff. Bathroom recently fitted out but lack of shelves, hooks etc to store items. Bedroom chairs were uncomfortable and split.
The apartment area near the sea.
When we came there's no entertainment on Sunday. 😔
It was clean warm and comfortable within easy reach of town and the beach
Not a lot
The location
The sea view from our room
The breakfast
The staff one woman in particular
The fact that b&b have to sit in the middle of the floor because coach trips take priority

Trying to park near hotel has it allways bissy i think there should be more disabled patking bays out side. Of the hotel has been a disabled driver there only 1 bay there nothing to say bad about tje hotel it is in great location
Not at all how the place is advertised. Lovely location yes! But theres around 20 other hotels on the same strip so any other would have had the same positive aspect for location. Rooms stuck in 80s. flat screen advertised for the Room that barely works with a non functioning remote and can only be heard on full volume and is roughly 15inches. Free WiFi that you need to sign back into almost every hour. A broken toilet flusher that honestly is an easy fix but has clearly been left. Random nails and screws in the walls and 2 electric outputs. So a total of 4 plug sockets. The price we paid does not reflect the quality of the rooms. Just over £300 for a glorified retirement home. We have now compared prices and for the similar price with some being cheaper we could have been more comfortable staying in the hotel. I have never been on holiday and wanted to avoid my room at all costs which is extremely difficult with a 6 year old. The only highlight I have is the swimming pool which even then had tiles missing under the water which resulted in a few scratches on feet. And i pulled around 5 flies and a spider out the pool. The good news is you dont need an alarm as its almost garenteed a seagull will be pecking at your window at 5am (I'm aware the hotel cannot control this issue but its still not pleasant) staff were rude at arrival and ushered us rather unpolitely to the bar area to wait for check in (we had made check in time the room just wasn't ready) the place was an absolute maze inside. And the lift. I have no idea when it was last serviced as absolutely no service certificate was posted inside it. On one occasion I was stood waiting for the doors to close for more than 3 minutes for it to slam shut at a high speed. And the proceed to not move for 5 more mins. If you take the stairs be prepared to have no clue where youll end up bc most doors dont have signage explaining what rooms are on what floor. The place seems clean but when you look past surface level things you can see it does not get cleaned properly. There was a spoon on the floor outside a staff area for the full 4 days I was here which means staff have walked past it many many times through the weekend and choose not to pick it up. There was a staff door left wide open with electrical parts showing which is a clear hazard!.The whole atmosphere screams retirement/care home we had a nice time when not in the hotel itself. Poor advertising and outdated in every aspect.
Pool was the highlight of the hotel however pool regularly has dead bugs floating around, missing tiles in kids pool also.
Beds are also comfortable.
I didn’t enjoy our stay here at all, it feels more like a care home than a hotel. We spent £309 for 3 nights here. That’s the same rates as main stream hotels like premier etc. while here we had to vacate to our rooms due to other residents soiling themselves in the reception halls. The staff upon arrival were incredibly rude and despite us arriving at our check in time we were ushered aside because our room wasn’t ready. So once we were finally allowed to our room we was welcomed to a 10 inch tv in the corner of the room. Most channels not working, broken tv remote and the volume on the tv itself not working. A broken toilet flusher, and 2 plug sockets. Luckily we just slept here but for the price this place is not worth it. If you’re under the age of 60 find somewhere else to stay.
Very clean room good powerful shower and amazing view..well stocked teas and coffees with biscuits as well
The only thing missing for me was a bedside lamp...I have mobility problems so having to get out of bed to go across the room to turn the light on and off was a bit of a problem
The friendly and helpful staff on the bar & reception.
Room was comfortable lovely sea view.
Loved the swimming pool.
Good location.
Cannot think of anything I didn't like really.
Was ok.
