The Hotel is in a great location, Staff are lovely and friendly, very clean and Breakfast is really good 😋 will definitely stay again.
Rooms need updating
The hotel was on the seafront. The staff were very friendly.
We had a family room. It had a few scuffs and marks which i felt let the room down, probably because it often had young children in it.
The shower water didn't drain away properly. I investigated and there was a block.of soap wedged in the plug hole. It was slightly better after that but not great.
Location was excellent. Hotel was very nice. Staff helpful.

Stayed here several times. Staff lovely and helpful. Food usually very good although I had a bad steak Saturday night. Rooms have gone tired, but clean. Beds comfy. Shower far to small, water pressure rubbish, no shelf or basket to put anything on in shower.

Card key was temperamental.
The reception was easy to find, had a nice welcome and check in was nice and easy. The room was nicely sized with fantastic view over the bay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom a nice size with a walk in shower.
Could have had a small table with a couple of easy chairs in the bay window. As for the shower itself was not great the head kept pointing away when on and do with updating.

Rooms are very small and not the cleanest. There are too many rooms on each floor it’s like going through a rabbit warren trying to find your room. Furniture outdated.
Although we had a room with a sea view, the noise from outside kept us awake most of the night

The staff were all spot on and very friendly , the breakfast was great and my 13 year old daughter loved the scramble eggs
Well my daughter ate the two biscuits and they didn't get replaced but my daughter was more bothered about them than me lol
