A most enjoyable week Staff went of the way to help you I will be going again soon
Pros:

It was handy for pier exploration on various buses and land train
It was very warm and friendly a home from home

Cons:

I cannot say there was nothing i did not like clean though out the hotel

Pleasent enough but not luxury
Pros:

Facilities were okay and location great

Cons:

Wasn’t clean. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned and stains in bathrooms. Beds were done as you’d expect but wasn’t cleaned thoroughly at all.

Cons:

Shower water flow was hot, cold, and VERY hot (tried to put it in the accident book), but staff said it needed to be written in by the manager, who we could never find.

A great weekend away
Pros:

Really friendly staff. Great meal in the bar and grill. Lovely choice of breakfast. Room was lovely, clean and tidy. Comfy bed for a good nights sleep.

Location , and bar area, staff were friendly.

Cons:

Room was not fully clean, used towels were in the bathroom, cups had not been replaced and had been left "used" bin not been emptied.

Tv was too small and too close to the curtain.

Fantastic location very close to the pier. Decent size room with a comfy bed. Hotel very clean inside. Very friendly staff. Nice bar area and places to rest in the hotel. Lots of pictures in the hotel telling you about the history of Llandudno

It states they have car parking , when we asked for directions they said we don’t have parking…I said it states on your website that you do she said yeah I meant to change it. The shower door was also filthy .there was no iron in the room again also stated on website. Cooked breakfast was buffet style and cold.
