It is our second stay and every stay is some problems

Cons:

The information, what I received from booking about room number and all codes was incorrect.
Lucky, that our arrival time was an administrator and informed us what is a number of our room and send a rights codes.
Otherwise in can be a big problem. By the way, our satisfaction is so so :(

Cons:

The phone entry system caused some problems - as international visitors the connection didn't always work well and it was always a concern about having enough phone battery left at the end of the day. One evening the system locked us out and we had to call the help number a couple of times around midnight. They tried to reset the system but it didn't work and they had to let us in using a remote process. A code you put into the bedroom door would be much simpler and less stressful - a keypad is already there.

Visa info siunčiama anglų kalba, kai gyvename Lietuvoje. Aš jis nemoku. Atvykau vėlai po darbų su daug daiktų. Negalėjau patekti į kambarį, kol neatsiunčiau dokumento, nors jau buvo apmokėta. Daiktus ir kostiumą teko tiesiog oasidėti ant žemės. Na ir tt
