Два момента случились очень неприятных. Первый: я забронировала джакузи, мы с ребенком ждали. Но когда пришли оказалось, что оно совершенно холодное:( То есть клиентам все улыбаются, но забывают о них напрочь. И второе: номера старые. в номере есть цепочка для закрытия двери изнутри. Она металлическая. Я ее на ночь закрыла, а открыть…минут 20 не могла. Под рев ребенка, вся в поту, я пыталась разгадать как ее раскрутить, чтобы она удлинилась и я смогла ее головку вынуть из паза. Это было ужасно. Ловушка.

El alojamiento muy cuidado, el personal muy amable. La cama cómoda y con calidad en la lencería.
El desayuno buenísimo. El único inconveniente es que estaba roto el jacuzzi y el agua estaba un poco fría. Por lo demás ninguna pega, sin duda un lugar con mucho encanto

A única coisa a apontar foi o jacuzzi não estar a funcionar. O que é o que nos atraiu a or para este alojamento. Mas deram nos a hipótese de usar o do estabelecimento da frente o que foi bom.

The view was spectacular from our room. Sunset spectacular. Our room was overall great except for the things mentioned below. The staff in general is nice and helpful.

Cons:

The cleaning people decided to shake the carpets in the room balcony next to ours while we were resting on our balcony. In addition, the bed on top was full of dust, indicating that the room was not properly cleaned. Our bed sheets the first day were full of dirty spots. We did get clean sheets the second night. The breakfast is average.
There was no proper shower stall in our room but a standing bathtub with no shower curtains, etc. So, water all over the bathroom while showering.
No privacy on our balcony. People walking right by to use the public area for hotel guests with Jacuzzi with some additional noise created next to us.
Streets to drive to property inside medieval walls are very narrow and can be very difficult to navigate.

Pros:

Todo estaba perfecto, muy cómodo y nos pusieron muchas facilidades para reservar la cena y el horario del jacuzzi. Además nos dejaron un desayuno tipo picnic muy rico ya que nos teníamos que ir antes de la hora del desayuno.

Semplice e rilassante nella bellissima Marvao

La posizione, la terrazza e la jacuzzi. Colazione piacevole

Cons:

La stanza presentava vari difetti: muri scrostati, presenza di formiche al risveglio e frigo bar nella stanza al piano terra non funzionante -caldo.
