charming and personal
Pros:

Small but very cute and comfortable room with great views . super duper shower. Always appreciate tea making .
We booked the hot tub before dinner at around 7 and enjoyed the most beautiful sunset.
Really lovely check in experience with Carlotta-very helpful .

Cons:

unfortunately our room seemed to be very close to some kind of generator that was constantly firing up all the way through the night -and particularly noisy at the end of the cycle before it revved up again for the next one.

Hot tub was not too hot-more kind of just tepid which was Ok because it had been a very warm day but once the sun went -we realised the water was too cool to feel fully relaxed-still enjoyed it though

A perfect little hotel
Pros:

Loved this gorgeous hotel in the stunning old town of Marvao. We prefer self catering accommodation on our trips but this hotel looked appealing and it was delightful. Exceeded expectations. Driving to the hotel through the old streets of Marvao was " an adventure!
When we checked in the reception staff were friendly, helpful and very informative. Our room was good with comfy bed, bedside tables, good side lights, dressing gown + 2 pillows(important for me). Good shower room.
The breakfast was perfect for us,. Buffet style with cereals, fresh bread rolls, yogurt, fresh fruit, cheeses and sliced meat. Coffee was either from the vacuum or espresso from the pod coffee machine- our preference. There are great seating areas both in the hotel and on the terrace.The latter has stunning views over the countryside around. The town is completely walkable from the hotel and is a wonderful place to explore.
Wish we had stayed longer.

Encantadora
Pros:

Ens ha encantat l'esmorzar, molt complet i amb bona qualitat. El jacuzzi a l'aire lliure és magnific i vam tenir la sort de poder gaudir-lo en un dia de sol. Una magnifica experiencia. Es un hotel amb molt encant.

Cons:

El tema de l'aparcament no va resultar gens fàcil, ja que hi havia una fira a la part del castell, on està l'hotel.

一切都很好～可惜（幸運）遇上了阿拉伯慶典…

Cons:

我預定有按摩浴缸的房型卻說無法使用
但是我卻多付了房價！
葡萄牙很多提供浴缸的住宿，但是其實到了現場根本就不能使用，訂房卻未註明清楚
基本上就是詐騙 騙人多付房費（不管是否真的剛好浴缸壞掉或者塞子壞了…）
建議大家來葡萄牙自己帶浴缸塞…==

Cons:

Kamer had weinig ruimte om je spullen/kleding op te bergen. Jacuzzi neemt veel plek in van t mooie terras met uitzicht...

This experience within the castle walls was perfect bits a very short walk to the castle itself, as well as to restauran

The location could not be better! Teresa, the owner, was so very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The best was the location, but you have to work to get there. Upon entering the castle walls,stay to the left and follow the castle walls and you will come to it. Otherwise, you will wander through the very narrow streets and get lost.
