faptul ca doar ce s a deschis am fost pusi in situatii stajenitoare de catre receptionista georgina, nea dat bratar cu all cu inclusive apoi ni le a taiat, ne a dat altele, nu stiau cum sa incaseze, nu stiam cum sa opreasca grantia de 200 de lei pt piscina, am fost taxati ulterior, la spa ne am facut de ras cu bratile all inclusive si de fapt nu aveam acest pachet pt care ne au taxat dupa....practic am ajuns la 900 lei pt 2 nopti din cauza lipsei lor de profesionalism,
nu putem plati la receptie pt spa mergeti la spa, mergem la spa ne trimite inapoi la receptie. ping pong in vacanta.
am cerut receptionistei sa mai stam o noapte, aceiasi receptionista georgina cu piersing in nas( erau mai multe georgiane) si ne a raspuns forrte negativ ca NU SE MAI POATE FACE NIMIC apoi am luat legatura cu dumneavoastra prin booking si s a putut prelungi inca o noapte. ffff nepregatite
nu recomandt pt ca mai mult petreci timp la receptie incercand ele sa si dea seama care este problma dc avem bratari all inclusive oferite tot de ele receptionistele si tot asa. stanjenitor.

Pros:

Resortul în sine foarte ok. Facilități foarte multe, confort, arată extraordinar , camera foarte ok

Cons:

Personalul de la recepție este foarte arogant, și curățenia lasa de dorit. WC-ul avea urme de urină de la fostul client, pe jos erau semințe de covrigi, cel mai probabil tot de la fostul client , semne ca nu a fost aspirat ok.
