Would NOT consider this hotel again knowing what I now know - it was not a nice place to stay.
Pros:

Beds and room in general were comfortable, and the price was reasonable. Temperature was easy to control. Always like having a refrigerator in the room.

Cons:

Bathroom seemed a bit shaky - the faucet at the sink was not stable, the toilet seat was askew, the tub didn't drain until we removed the plug. The curtain liner was ripped.
There was no ice on our floor - only on 3 - but no sign telling you that in the area on 4.
Carpeting looked stained in our room.
Breakfast was extremely minimal.

Pros:

Nothing we couldn't stay there.

Cons:

They hit you up with a 50 dollar deposit, as soon as you check in I had no idea about the deposit, so the front desk person wouldn't let me stay, I will never stay there.

Cons:

It was difficult to make the water the right temperature- either the shower was freezing or scalding. The drain on the shower was broken/tore up. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. The carpet was stained/dirty

We survived
Cons:

Nasty floors had to get staff in to clean hard floor but carpet made our socks black basically using the bed as a safe place. This was a ghetto looking hotel

Never EVER again!

Cons:

It was in a terrible part of town, unsafe, unkempt! The room had mold in the shower. The building was NOT clean and very old. It was possibly the WORST place I have EVER stayed.

I liked The area because everything was close

Cons:

They were doing construction and painting on my floor so it was very uncomfortable. The staff was rude about the situation and hung up on me when I asked to be moved to a different floor

Awful front desk rep on Saturday morning. Gave a copy of my key to someone without my consent. Did not ask for their ID, my name or even their name, just gave it out! When I asked why he gave a room key out, he said he trusted the man he gave it to and that he “knew what I was doing” when I asked. I let him know I would be reporting them and his response was “what is Wyndham going to do?” and laughed at me. Mind you, I am five foot nothing and was in a city I’ve never been in before. They don’t care about safety. The female who checked us in was also saying room numbers out loud in a lobby with other people. Also, this was AFTER having to be moved because the first room was dirty and smelled like fecal matter and cigarettes.
