Confortable, agradable y satisfactoria en todos los aspectos.
Pros:

Todo, comodisimo, instalaciones preciosas, el personal muy atento y dispuesto a solucionar todas tus necesidades. Fui con mis hijos de 4 años y el otro de 9 meses y todo estuvo increíble, nos atendieron con tanta amabilidad y tan preocupados de los niños que salimos felices.

Pros:

Me encantó desde la llegada, el recepcionista José un verdadero amor de persona, al igual que los dueños del hotel.
El hotel es hermoso, súper limpio, muy acogedor y excelente ubicación.
No tengo nada malo que decir, al contrario, solo palabras buenas para nuestra estancia que fue excepcional.

Comfortable Stay!
Pros:

Great location near center of town in Pucon. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The staff provided really good recommendations of spots to eat and hot springs. Amazing breakfast, all the reviews talked about the bread and it’s true really delicious.
