Pros:

Hezké pokoje, čisté. Měli jsme i velkou terasu. Lokalita je skvela. Online klic pro veskere vstupy jsme uvitali. Wellness skvely, kdyby byl plně funkcni.

Cons:

Ubytovani disponuje bazenem a virivkou, nicmene behem naseho pobytu virivka nefungovala. Coz se samozrejme muze stat, ale kdyz jsme se snazili aby to nekdo alespon resil, tak s nami ani nikdo nekomunikoval.
Rezidence nema recepci a jste odkazani na whatsapp aplikaci, kde mate napsat kdykoliv je potreba, ale nikdo nikdy se vam tam neozve. :)
Jako velky minus tedy davam zakaznicky servis a k tomu samozrejme fakt, ze si priplatite za wellness, ktere pak nefunguje. :)

- die Lage
- Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für die Unterkunft inkl. Halbpension
- entspanntes Frühstück da es insgesamt nur 17 Hotelzimmer gibt
- angenehmer Wellness/Pool-Bereich

Cons:

- 10 Euro extra pro Nacht für das Parken [leider mittlerweile normal in der Gegend]
- bei der Halbpension müssen Abends die Getränke selber gezahlt werden
- ausschließlich nur online Service oder durch das Nschbarhotel persönlicher Kontakt möglich

Pros:

Pokoj byl čistý, uvnitř velmi útulno a klid. Oceňuji také připravené župany a papuče.

Cons:

Nepříjemná zkušenost s parkováním — na mém vyhrazeném místě stálo jiné auto a situaci se nijak nepodařilo vyřešit. Hlavním problémem tohoto ubytování je absence recepce. Veškeré dotazy a komplikace se musí řešit pouze psaním zpráv, což v praxi nefunguje a nakonec jsem to musel nechat být. Doporučuji mít na místě alespoň jednoho pracovníka recepce a nespoléhat se jen na 'moderní technologie'.
