A pleasant stay in a beautiful city
Pros:

The staff are great, welcoming and always keen to help

Cons:

The plug points at the bed were not enough, the AC had to be unplugged to charge a phone, the same at the other side, the fridge would have to be unplugged to use the kettle, the curtains do not shield the day light out enough. There was no smart TV options.

Номер в гостинице довольно "уставшие" и потрепанные. Персонал не особо вежливый
Pros:

Вцелом удобные кровати. Завтрак тоже неплохой (кроме булок есть овощи и на выбор: яичница, омлет, каша). Но кофе - растворимый, что ощущается странным для гостиницы.

Cons:

В номере не было вытяжки и вентиляции, поэтому спать приходилось с открытым окном, потому что моментально становилось душно. Рядом с отелем находится общежитие, поэтому было очень шумно. Номера "уставшие", хоть и чистые вцелом. Полотенца были дырявые. Персонал неприветливый.

Я приезжаю в Resident Hotel Almaty уже в третий раз, каждый год весной по работе. Всегда нахожусь под большим впечатлением от внимательности сотрудников на Рецепции и в кафе для завтраков и обедов внутри отеля. Все очень доброжелательны, полный спектр бизнес-услуг - разбудить утром, заказать вкусный комплексный обед, произвести стирку. Все услуги имеют более чем разумные цены, любые сложности разрешаются сразу. Я очень довольна своим пребыванием в отеле, и планирую вернуться сюда в следующем году. Без колебаний порекомендую отель друзьям и знакомым. Идеальное место для проживания во время рабочей командировки, высокий уровень профессионализма и гостеприимства!

Pros:

Хорошие завтраки и комплексные обеды, внимательное отношение персонала, особенно в столовой, всё душевно и по-домашнему. Было такое чувство, что мы приехали в гости и нас там ждали. Спасибо за возможность раннего заселения. Возможно нам просто повезло, что наш номер уже был свободен и готов.

Отель немножко подуставший, но в общем и целом, мы остались довольны своим выбором.

Если будем в Алматы еще раз, с удовольствием остановимся в этом отеле.
Pros:

Очень приветливый персонал, чистота, полотенца меняли каждый день. Хорошие, сытные завтраки. Отдельная благодарность за это девушкам, работающим в столовой. По расположению: очень тихое место. Если нужно выспаться - вам сюда. Ухоженная территория. Остановки общественного транспорта в шаговой доступности на двух улицах: Жансугурова и проспекте Рыскулова, можно уехать в любой район города. Рядом кафе восточной кухни, приятная спокойная атмосфера, очень вкусный плов. Кафе Гламур не очень нам зашло, в продаже есть алкоголь, поэтому шумное место, но это на любителя.
Горячая вода не всегда шла сразу, иногда приходилось ждать, но не критично.

كل شيء تقريبا، الموقع بعيد قليلا عن منتصف المدينة ولكن هادئ ويناسب محبي الهدوء، النظافة ممتازة والمرافق مريحة
