Freundliches Personal

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eher an die Arabischen Touristen angepasst. Z.B.: Spaghetti und gefüllte Paprika. Aus diesem Grund würde ich nicht noch einmal kommen.

This is my stay and my room experience, I’ll start with the positive thing, the place was very clean
Pros:

The reception lady was nice and polite breakfast was very good , it has so many choices, location is a bit far from market and restaurants. except for train buses very convenient and close and convenient for going to shopping and downtown.

Cons:

My first impression for the hotel not nice, I came with our luggage and none of staff offer the help with our luggage. The room ac was very noisy and louder as motor , I brought this to front disk but they didn’t take any action.the mattress and bedding wasn’t cozy and comfortable. You can’t enjoy washroom for self care as the fan was very noisy and very loud. There wasn’t any tooth brush toothpaste or shampoo supply at the washroom. No kettle, coffee or tea at the room. When I need hot water to have my herbal tea I had to go down but the staff wasn’t friendly and helpful:(.worker don’t know how yo smile and greet their host to giving them the welcome atmosphere. For me I won’t book again

Ovdje ne mogu ništa napisati jer nažalost nisam ni uspjela boraviti u hotelu.

Cons:

Krajnje neprofesionalno i bezobrazno ponašanje od hotela. Na sam dan dolaska u Sarajevo otkazali su mi rezervaciju ujutro u 10 sati i to putem whatsapp poruke. Na moje inzistiranje na to naprave putem booking stranice označili su da moja kartica nije važeća, što je naravno bila laž, a i plaćanje se svakako vrši u objektu u njihovom slučaju. S obzirom da je bio koncert Dina Merlina, u Sarajevu se nije mogla naći slobodna soba, a oni su očito taj dan ocijenili da bi sobu mogli prodati za puno veću cijenu s obzirom na potražnju pa su meni (i ko zna koliko još ljudi) odlučili otkazati, iako sam smještaj rezervirala tek 15 dana pred koncert za koji se zna od 4.mjeseca, dakle imali su sasvim dovoljno vremena da podignu cijenu.

Big room, delicious breakfast

Cons:

The music in the lobby and hallways outside the rooms was always so loud. They hired out the restaurant on the lobby level for a wedding and we could hear and feel the celebrations late into the night. Not sound proof at all
