nice location, confusing bicycle parking, some staff helpful and cheerful, others rude.
Pros:

The location was ideal, as it was easy walking distance to the river and the spa. One female staff member (she helped to prepare the breakfast) was extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The middle aged male staff member who was at the front desk was very unfriendly and unhelpful, bordering on rude. Also, the bicycle parking in the garage was confusing, as there was no actual space marked for bicycles, so you just had to guess where to put the bicycles and hope you were not putting them in someone's car space.

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Tolle Lage im Zentrum von Bad Schandau. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Sächsischen Schweiz! Der Pool war größer als erwartet und die verfügbare Sauna war eine schöne Überraschung. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot große Auswahl und war sehr lecker!

Die Lage des Hotels , einfach Super !! Das Personal , welches wir beim Frühstück kennengelernt haben , einfach Top und sehr fleißig . !! Leckeres ausreichendes Frühstück.

Cons:

Eigentlich war alles o.k . !! Für mich persönlich , ein bisschen mehr Sauberkeit , vor allem das Bad , Toilette nicht ordentlich sauber und viele Spinnweben . Soll kein meckern sein , ein Hinweis

Pros:

Tolles Frühstück, saubere grosse Wohnung, super Service auch online. Wir konnten aufgrund eines frühen Ausflugs, Frühstückspakete ordern, der benötigte Handwerker wurde umgehend beauftragt. Grosse Tiefgarage und zentrale Lage. Sauna und Schwimmbad haben wir nicht genutzt.

Cons:

WLAN nicht optimal, wir hätten bei 4 Sterne nicht erwartet, dass Möbel, der Fußboden, die Wände, Fernseher älteren Standards sind.
Die Ausstattung war für uns ausreichend, wer wirklich kochen will, stößt hier an seine Grenzen, wenn er mehr als Nudeln mit Sauce kochen will.
Wir hatten eine Wohnung zur Straße und es ist schon viel hörbarer Verkehr dort.
