Great location
Pros:

The location was excellent staff really good spoke excellent english. I had an issue with the room being cleaned, it was sorted in 10 minutes

Cons:

The iPad to access everything, tv channels poor but I understand they have to please a lot of countries visiting the hotel. No way of contacting reception from the room

Good value for central Copenhagen, at cheaper end of decent hotels
Pros:

Great location, fantastic staff. Well designed rooms. Nice spacious communal areas/bar. Really helpful staff

Cons:

No tea/coffee included in room rate, everything except tap water had to be paid for and at 40 DKK for every cup of tea it soon added up

Pros:

Dýnur í rúmi voru ekki næganlega góðar. Koddar voru fínir. Rúmið var furðulega staðsett í herberginu upp við gluggann. Aðeins einn stóll var í herberginu en við vorum í tveggja manna herbergi.

Cons:

Sjá að ofan. Öll þjónusta var til fyrirmyndar.

Kurzaufenthalt in Kopenhagen
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen.. Zimmerausstattung war in Ordnung. Das Hotel bietet ein gutes Frühstück sowie ein durchdachtes Luggage Storage.
Für ein verlängertes Wochenende absolut in Ordnung und unkompliziert.

Cons:

Fenster dürfen nicht geöffnet bzw. gekippt werden. Somit ist der Gast vollkommen auf die Lüftung angewiesen.

It's a great location with just what we needed for a short stay.
Pros:

The location was great being close to museums, restaurants, and landmarks. The room was small but clean and functional. We loved that the sink was separate from the toilet and shower. The shower stall was good sized and had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bed was very comfortable but would have liked to be able to get out of the bed on either side and not just the end of the bed. Even though the room was small, we were able to set up our things for easy access. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

It was different to have to go up to the 7th floor to check in and then go down to the floor with our room. It was helpful to have staff assist in the check-in and check-out process which was mostly self-service.

One night was enough.
Pros:

Very gimmicky - ie everything operated by iPad (quite easy to operate). I arrived feeling very flustered due to difficulty locating facility (no clear signage) after a long train journey, however reception person I spoke with appeared to have good communication skills and was able to quickly defuse my original frustration.

Cons:

Gimmickry extended to no water, coffee etc provided in room - if needing same had to make special visit to top floor.

Ik was alleen dus heerlijk groot bed. Als je met zijn tweeën bent moet degene bij het raam liggend over de ander heen klimmen om bv naar het toilet te kunnen

Great location for exploring Copenhagen by foot, bike, or metro, with easy access to the city’s main attractions and public transport. The rooms are quite small, but they are well designed and equipped with everything needed for a short stay.

One thing to note is that the doors close quite loudly, which can be disturbing if you are sensitive to noise. You can also hear people in the corridor and neighboring room doors closing quite clearly. Other than that, it’s a practical and convenient option for a city trip.

Pros:

Location is very central, check-in fairly straightforward.

The common space on 7th floor which includes a bar and breakfast area was quite nice. Was able to get some work done there in the morning. There is a mixture of workstations, couches, even a TV was playing cartoons for a young family.

Cons:

Room was on a little smaller than expected. No view as another building was a few feet outside my window.
