Tried once - not to be repeated
Pros:

Strange hotel or should I say hostel.

Yes, it has a good central location, but..,.

Small closets as “rooms” - no wider than a bedlength.

Bed is under window - which means whoever sleeps innermost had to climb over the outermost to get to the minuscule bathroom.

Tv is on all night as no remote exists.

Reception is on 7th floor - yet rooms are below, which means unnecessary trips up and down when checking in or out.
This despite the fact that there is room in the foyer at streetlevel for a reception.

Staff was pleasant & helpful! Hotel was very clean! Would I stay or refer your hotel?? Yes!
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing! Love the never ending specialty coffee drinks!

Cons:

Twin beds!! My sister & I had to get 2 rooms because we prefer sleeping in separate beds! That was one big disappointment with not accommodating this!

Heerlijk ontbijt.
Lekkere, grote douche.
Prima bed.

Cons:

De kamer was uitzonderlijk klein ( bij boeken niet gerealiseerd hoe klein). Wastafel midden in de kamer. Mini koelkastje werkte amper.
Slechts ruimte voor 1 stoel. Geen loopruimte. Bed ingaan via voeteneinde. Niet geschikt voor mensen met een beperking of oudere.
Uitzicht op blinde muur en ' s avonds heel veel geluisoverlast van festival op het Rathusplein.
Kamer is veel te duur voor wat het te bieden heeft.

Pros:

Fantastic location & easy to check in & out of the property. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff were very friendly & helpful, loved our stay & would highly recommend it.

Cons:

Mini fridge wasn’t cooling items & the ac didn’t change temp, but it was cool enough during our stay.

Super dårlig service i receptionen.
Cons:

Kæmpe problemer med kommunikationen. Selvom hotellet havde bekræftet skriftligt at vi havde de bookede værelser, selvom vores gæster blev et døgn forsinkede pga en tyfon, så bad de om at vibskulle betale for den booking de havde bekræftet og en ny booking da vi ifølge dem ikke var tjekket ind til tiden. Vi forsøgte at få hjælp gennem booking.com, de var meget behjælpelige, men bekræftede overfor os at hotellet heller ikke ville tale med booking.com for at løse situationen. De ville heller ikke lade vores gæster få de bookede værelser før vi betalte for begge bookinger. Det tog over en time at komme til enighed. Alt dette på trods af skriftlig bekræftelse fra hotellet. Vi kommer ikke til at booke igen når vi har gæster fra udlandet. Derudover har de bedt om denne evaluering en dag før vi skal tjekke ud.

Everything, the location, value for money and it is safe and clean. High tech system especially the very handy ipad where you have controls of the lights and curtains and AC is perfect for the hot summer
