Excellent location for transport links, sights and shopping. Fun design & roof bar.
Pros:

Excellent location for sights & public transport. Fun design throughout. Rooftop bar with striking views and great variety of seating options. Bar staff (esp Gaston) very helpful. Vanity basin in room was useful. Fridge also useful.

Cons:

No kettle or coffee machine. Room on the smallish side with no walking space around the bed but for us this was offset by good views of the square.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location with a exceedingly friendly staff. You were welcomed as soon as you stepped off the elevator. The front of the hotel was not what I expected since my sister-in-law had made the reservations. But as I said, when I stepped off the elevator I was greeted promptly and was friendliness. I felt very safe there. If I go back to Copenhagen I will definitely book there again.

Cons:

That I wasn't able to stay in Copenhagen longer. Hope there's a next time

Cons:

Cleanliness. It was not cleaned properly, we had to complain several times. The app on the Ipad was not helpful - it did not offer extra cleaning and we had to call the staff several times.

Best location!
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect! The staff is super cool
