Nice hotel and staffs.
Pros:

The room is clean and cozy. My kids loved the bunk bed.
Staffs are nice and kind. My kid fell and wounded in the way to the hotel. They offer me bandage and some snacks for the kid. They also helped me phoned the bus company to collect my lost item.

Absolutely fantastic stay, with best customer service ever
Pros:

There is everything to love about this place. Starting with the staff, the best service ever - smiley, helpful, informed, resourceful. The best ever! Location is fab, with multiple restaurants and shops nearby. The set up of room and service well thought out. They are smaller and newer and thus more agile than other companies, offering support and conveniences for guests others no longer do (eg check in when the room is ready and not when it’s supposed to be due, allowing to just enjoy the town or simply rest upon arrival. Love it!)
