Licht und recht viel Schatten
Pros:

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, außerdem ist grundsätzlich alles vorhanden, allerdings teilweise defekt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ok. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage top und keine Zusätzlichen Gebühren für den Hund, ebenfalls gut.

Cons:

Der Pflegezustand ist grundsätzlich schlecht. Möbel auf dem Balkon teilweise defekt, das Bett ist unbequem und durchgelegen. Besonders negativ ist uns die Sauberkeit aufgefallen, hier lag noch mehr Sand in der Wohnung, als am Strand….:-( Leuchtmittel großteils defekt. Wohnung aus unsere Sicht nur bedingt empfehlenswert.

Bardzo fajne miejsce, byliśmy już kolejny raz i nigdy się nie zawiedliśmy , bardzo dobra lokalizacja , udogodnienia , wszystko co potrzebne znajduje się w obiekcie , pełna prywatność , bezproblemowy Internet , wszystko super!!!!

Wer KEINE Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig !!!

Die halbwegs ruhige Lage , und die Tiefgarage nachdem man dann nach einen Tag die Fernbedienung endlich hatte

Cons:

Schlechter Kotakt zum Vermieter, und keine Einsicht.
Beschreibung des Deluxe Appartements stimmt mit der Wirklichkeit nicht überein.
Kein highspeed Internet, ggf. w-lan nur öffentliches Netz was ständig abbricht und ungesichert it , ein no-Go
Kein Gartenblick, sondern Baustellen Blick.
In den TV-Gerät Fernbedienungen waren leere Batterien.
Kommunikation gleich null Vermieter wollte am nächsten Tag kommen, wir haben vergebens gewartet, als wir dann 2 Stunden nach den vereinbarteten Termin raus gingen, lag eine Mülltüte vor der Tür mit 4 Batterien und Spülmittel. Ohne ein Wort . Wir waren im Appartment.
Wegen w lan wurde ganzen Aufenthalt nichts unternommen außer von Booking , die waren super.
Fahrstuhl funktionierte seit Samstag nicht , ärgerlich wenn man im 3 Stockwerk wohnt. Darauf gabs bis jetzt kein Kommentar.
Mülleimer in der Küche verschimmelt Matratze im Bett durchgelegen und Bettlacken schmutzig. Überalll Spinnenweben. Das war kein schöner Urlaub. So hält man sich keine Gäste.
Nie wieder eine Wohnung von wyspa uznam. Es geht um die Wohnung zdrojowa 18 Wohnung nr 41.

Gute Lage
Pros:

Ist eine ruhige Lage und nicht weit weg vom Strand

Cons:

Der Staubsauger war nicht funktion tätig ,aber wir haben uns gekümmert. Wenn alles in der Unterkunft mit drin ist ,möchte es auch funktionieren.

Jestem zadowolony.

Apartament czysty, zadbany, w pełni wyposażony w niezbędne sprzęty. Dobra lokalizacja, jasny przekaz informacji związanych z wynajęciem apartamentu.

Das Appartement ist wunderschön am Wald gelegen.

Cons:

Auch auf Rückfragen gab es keine Information, wie die Tiefgarage von außen zu öffnen ist. So musste immer einer reinlaufen.
Die Baustellen rundrum sind sehr geräuschintensiv.
Die Klappsofas sind für 2 Personen zu schmal. (Aber es gab 2)

Bardzo słabe WiFi, z którym nie dało się połączyć, brak miejsc parkingowych jak na taką ilość mieszkań, miejsca w garażu podziemnym płatne 50 zł/doba co generuje dodatkowe koszty, nie jest to uwzględnione w ofercie
