Lovely staff breakfast was fab
We couldn’t find anywhere to eat so we brought a take away back and they let us eat in the conservatory which was very kind
Needs new bed in room 7 very uncomfortable
Shower uncontrollable
Everything especially the staff.
Nothing
Gorgeous place.staff so pleasant and helpful
Lovely. Property in a fabulous location
Very clean and nice decoration
It may be 3 star but I didn't feel that it lacked anything I wanted and to find fault would be churlish, certainly at this price. I've stayed here twice and would do so again without hesitation.
Everything - the hotel was in an ideal location with everywhere on the isle easy to get to. The staff were amazing - so friendly, helpful and efficient - nothing was too much trouble for them
There was nothing we didn't like
Breakfast good plenty of choice, delicious poached eggs !
Staff all very friendly and helpful!
Duvet in single room much too heavy !
Sehr nette Gastgeber, ich habe mich richtig wohl gefühlt!
Die Bar hatte eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und das Bett war sehr bequem.
Es gibt nichts negatives zu sagen!
Really helpful staff and lovely food
The restrant is somewhere we used to visit when we lived in the area many years ago, and it didn't disappoint.
The room was a little tired.
Good breakfast and evening meal
Room wasn't quite as smart as on a previous stay
Good breakfast
Stone front car park area noisy through open window early morning
A lovely cosy hotel, comfy beds and a hot shower. I was attending a wedding nearby and this was the perfect place to stay.
A fantastic full Welsh breakfast and very kind and welcoming staff.
Nothing, it was exactly what I needed.
Amazing location just off the A55 but peaceful and rural with access to local walks and nature reserve. Staff very friendly. Food lovely. Very comfortable.
No shower in our room. Slightly tired decor.
The intimacy of the hotel and the kindness, the supportiveness and the compassion of every single member of staff was outstanding. This was a test for me since my husband passed away in December 2025. I had no idea how I would be having not moved far from my home since that event. As it transpired, this was exactly the place I needed to be with the kindness and the calm and peace which was shown to my widowed friend and me. I can't thank you enough, and if I do decide on another visit to Anglesey I will certainly stay here again.
If you want a list of my likes, where do I begin? More than adequate parking, welcoming entrance hall with a very welcoming receptionist, super efficiency, clean, quiet, comfortable and well appointed room, a problem with the shower was dealt with on the spot, more than sufficient breakfast, and all of this at an amazingly reasonable price.
Absolutely nothing. As I see it this hotel is perfection. What is there to dislike?
Lovely building and staff were so so friendly
Bedroom in need of upgrade and had to ask for hairdryer
The restaurant was exceptional value with a top chef.
We both had the brisket of beef for dinner. Beautifully cooked, tender with proper gravy and fresh vegetables.
Also breakfast was plentiful and good choice. I asked for a kipper with black pudding. I got the whole fish complete with bones not just a fillet from a packet. Loved it!
We were in a 'studio' not the main block. The studio was cold when we arrived and after initial heating we had to request the radiators to be put on again at 23:00. If not the room would have been cold during the night.
The entrance doorway was small and made of stone.
I'm 6ft 3in tall and caught my head on it. A warning sign might help.
Cosy and vibrant with a lovely breakfast service.
There were noisy people in the foyer that we could hear from our room after 11pm.
A beautiful rural setting. A very nicely presented property. Lovely friendly staff. Excellent food.
