Buona colazione
Silvia, the hostess, was very accommodating. She went out of her way to offer help and vegan food where it is normally not on the menu.

Struttura consigliatissima: lo staff è molto disponibile e cordiale, ci ha facilitato negli orari e spostamenti, la camera era spaziosa e silenziosa, pulitissima e con letto molto molto comodi. Ottima colazione. Consiglio di provare anche il loro ristorante: ottimi piatti valdostani al giusto prezzo,abbiamo mangiato benissimo!

It is an older hotel, but in a very charming way, almost like stepping into a time capsule from a few decades ago. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, the room was a decent size, and the breakfast was excellent.
Silvia, Marcello, and the entire staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and smiling (including Dora, the dog at reception!).
Laundry service is available for a small additional charge, which helped us a lot.
The hotel’s restaurant also served excellent local food, and I highly recommend having some meals there
Although we did not get a balcony room, we had an absolutely incredible view of the Monte Rosa glacier.
At times, we could hear people walking in the hallway outside the room, but this would probably only bother guests who are very sensitive to noise.
One of the most beautiful places to stay. Silvia is wonderful and her dog. Silvia gave me a ride to the trailhead one day making my hike wonderful. The dinners are great.

All'arrivo nessuno all'accoglienza e camera pronta dopo le 14, cosa che in realtà non ha creato problemi. Albergo con diversi cani in struttura e, per chi non è abituato, potrebbe dare fastidio.
