Terrible place
Construction underway jack hammering at 7 .. rooms filthy .. found socks on the floor.. staff promised to assist with all of the issues.. still waiting for a call or email!

The carparking arrangements is Shit House!
I stayed for 2 nights, paid for 2 nights parking, First night, I got to park at the Novotel, next day i went out for the day, came back to Car park full!! went into reception, she said no its full now ?? How does this work? If you pay for 2 nights, you should get 2 nights parking, to your room number :-(. Soooo 2nd night over at QPAC stadium, 5 min walk away :-(
Close to everything we needed, clean and easy check-in and check out

Convenient location and comfortable bed. Staff were pleasant.
No notice of lobby under renovation, our room keys were disabled before checkout. Breakfast was average for $35 per person. Hard to get blockout curtains to fully close so light streamed in after sunrise.

The room service food was not hot
Ein bisschen schade, dass eine grosse Renovation im Gange war. Das Redtaurant war im Sitzungsraum umfunktioniert. Daher gab es auch eine Hotelbar und Eingang/Receptiom waren sehr klein. Bin sehr gespannt, wie das Hotel/Restaurant danach aussieht!

I liked the location
It was in the middle of construction so noisy during breakfast. Also I found the room really small, and during check in they didn’t tell us any info about breakfast that we paid extra for.
Super modern, clean and fresh.
Only downside was that there is no toaster or microwave in the rooms.
