Aerosmith location and facilities, friendly staff and easy to check in and check out
Pros:

Really easy to find, close to all that you need for an awesome stay. Really friendly staff who were able to check us in a little earlier - so we could go out and explore.

Cons:

There is a lot of work going on at the moment - but the staff managed it well and were very helpful. I appreciate that the hotel needed updating and can’t wait to see the result downstairs

Really disappointed, was not cheap and hotel was under construction.

Easy stroll to Southbank and Checking out

Cons:

Hotel was under construction, would've been nice to know that when booking. Self checkin feels like ordering a meal at McDonald's.
