Really enjoyed our stay, the staff friendly, accommodating, great room would stay again
Pros:

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, had everything you’d expect and need. My son loved the smoked salmon!

Cons:

Maybe an extra toaster would be of benefit, as the lineup was a bit long.

For one night it was $263 and that didn’t include parking had to pay an extra $38 per car for parking per night, getting a bit greedy. And there was no free water included in the mini to fill the jug up for a coffee

Very happy with the food from and dinner, great fast and efficient service.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing!!! Such a great selection and variety of food. Everything was fresh which was great to see.

Cons:

Honestly, the construction as it wasn't quiet in the rooms and they started early, but it has to be done.

Couldn't be better!
Pros:

Wow! What a neat hotel! It has modern facilities and rooms. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, with thoughtful room touches. Although there were renovations going on, we weren't overly aware of these.

Great location and easy walking distance to key locations in South Bank.

lovely hotel. walking distance to everything we need, staffs and reception were lovely and helpful, room was clean and spacious. breakfast was good.

Pros:

Location was great with good access to Restaurants and access to South Brisbane and River. Room was very comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately the Hotel lobby was under renovation. So makeshift Bar / Restaurant was less appealing.

Not really family friendly.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Not much space for a bigger family even in the interconnecting suite (i.e. no room for 3 kids bags in the double room and the extra space is in the connected king suite but you have to walk through the bedroom to make it there) We ordered room service breakfast but wasn't enjoyed as nowhere for kids to sit and not make a mess with crumbly pastries. Carpark was not available so had to park in the Convention centre carpark and validate ticket at reception each time we went in/out. Pool is freezing
