Very noisy jack hammering going on, I literally couldn’t hear what the receptionist said at check in. Only temporary I guess and didn’t last all day.

I had a terrible stay. I will not choose Novotel again.
Cons:

The noise from construction was extremely loud and uncomfortable. I wasnt able to sleep to catch up from a bad night. I wasnt able to work.

A seamless experience as a business traveler.
Pros:

Excellent location for access to the Exhibition Centre. They were able to accommodate early check in which was amazing and made my day run a lot smoother. Breakfast was lovely - a good range of options. I don't have any faults.

The stay was comfortable and in a well placed area so everything is closeby. The staff was very helpful and cery genuine

The staff is very friendly, location is well placed and the check-out time is better than others as we were able to leave at 11:00AM

Very comfortable stay close to ammenities and convention centre.
Pros:

Bed was really comfy. Very clean. Modern bathroom. Plenty of space.

Cons:

Currently renovating lobby and bar / restaurant, but will be lovely when that is completed and can’t be avoided.
