Cons:

The property misled me, falsely advertising a crib to be available. I have a 1 year old infant. After paying for the room and arriving to the hotel, I found out from staff that the crib was unavailable at the location. They also didn't offer any remedies and are not answering from Booking.com. Leading to my daughter, spouse and myself not being able to sleep that night. A very dissapointing experience.

I’ve stayed here twice and I would never stay here again even with the perfect location
Pros:

It was close to great stores that we needed and to University of Buffalo campus.

Cons:

While the room was a good size for the three of us, it smelled from the minute, we walked in, the bedding smelled, and it was gross.

Pros:

Just an overnight stay. Sleep only, nothing else. Clean, quiet, ample parking. In and out without issue. Cost reasonable given prices at surrounding properties given college move in at local colleges.

Location was convenient for my needs.

Cons:

There were spiderwebs in the corners and on the ceiling of the room. The shower floor was stained light brown. Lastly, when the air conditioning was turned on, it blew a strong smell of marijuana; which usually means there is mildew or mold in the vents.

Disappointed
Cons:

Only one operating elevator. Could only use stairs for emergencies. Room and bathroom only shaped. Same cheap towels and linens used at every other hotel. Not worth the premium price.
