Central location was great, good for buses etc next store

Total scam - booked apartment through them a few times and each time I’ve had part of the deposit taken from me. Apartment came with a broken stool and they charged an extra cleaning fee for removal of shoes - cleaning fee already included in the fee? Paid £660 for a 1 night stay and the apartment was tiny, dirty and security were extremely rude with the messages. AVOID!!! They’re only there to take your deposit and money

Pros:

The location was excellent and reasonably priced, given its city centre location.However, given the facts below re the temperature and only one shower working, it was overpriced. In house staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The room was extremely hot with no natural ventilation, no windows and just one door to the outside indoor corridor. It also had a glass roof in this mezzanine apartment, which made it like a greenhouse, with indoor temperatures exceeding 30C, which was hotter than outside. Noise in the evenings from the nightclub over the road, also made sleeping extremely difficult, with the combination of noise and heat. The in house staff did everything they could to minimise the heat,by loaning us portable air con units, but these were totally ineffective, given the size of the rooms. There were no coat hooks, or wardrobes, chest of drawers only. The downstairs shower temperature control had broken and was unusable as permanently scalding. this was reported but no maintenance man attended in our 3 night stay! The only remaining shower was inadequate owing to its water flow and the fact it had nowhere to place any soap,shampoo etc.

Great location, felt secure and safe, adequate facilities, decent value for Liverpool centre, great for groups, clean

Cons:

Beds not very comfy, quite noisy at night, quite cramped in the bedrooms

Did the job with no onside staff seen
Pros:

Great location, lots of space, easy check in all done before we arrived so it was easy for multiple people traveling.

Cons:

Couldn't find the ironing board.

Spacious apartment and 2 bathrooms

Cons:

Uncomfortably hot in the apartment due to lack of windows and inadequate air cooling systems provided. Requested further fans but WhatsApp message was ignored.
Emergency exit light in the apartment was extremely bright
