Great location, large and spacious apartment. easy check in process, abd we were offered an early check in if we wished. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again.

The tv is very old just needs upgrading but everything else was absolutely stunning

Good for a big group.
Pros:

Big space, nice open plan, good location and balcony.

Cons:

Door to balcony from bedroom jammed and the room was so hot so we couldn’t open it to get air in. Stains on bed sheets.

Apartment was clean and comfortable and the location was good .

There was 8 people in the apartment only 6 cups and one was chipped
One of the bedroom doors kept sticking so if you shut it would only open from the inside luckily we discovered this while someone was in the room to open it .

Beautiful Room excellent location
Pros:

The location was perfect. Close to the Bus terminal and John Lewis. There is a Gentlemans's club right next door and if you are staying in the Double room expect lots of street noise. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. There was a lovely security gentleman on reception so thankfully there was no noise from the Hens party that were staying there.

Cons:

The room was freezing and I did contact the company and was advised there was a unit to higher the heating but there was no such unit. I took a video to prove same.

avoid due to no communication and check in was a disgrace.

clean rooms. Good location. good facilities in the room

Check-in was a complete disgrace. We never received an email with codes. We were standing outside for an hour, rang the "emergency" number 28 times, left a voicemail, and emailed. no answer. We were not contacted until the next day. Luckily, someone else staying at the apartment had let us in, and then we realised that all the keys were in the door. I was on the phone in the morning to check everything was in order, and she told me that we were in rooms 2 and 4. If i had not had ohoned prior to arriving we wpould have not been able to stay. After being contacted, I was told an email was sent out in the morning; however, I have sent them back the confirmation to say no, there was not. I will not be staying here again, as the communication is a complete disgrace. The website says there is a 24-hour receptionist. This is false information. There is not. It was interesting that there was no receptionist at check-in time, but it was in the middle of the night?? I cannot fault the rooms themselves; however, if you can't get hold of them to obtain a check-in code, that is a major problem.

Disappointing in a convenient location
Pros:

Location. Clean, well maintained/ decor.

Cons:

Cold. Very limited crockery/ cutlery/ pans. Drains smell in shower room, not enough pillows. Noisy and loud groups of people congregated on the street outside the window at 4, 5 and 6 am.
