Baglio Caruana Cantina & Relais

Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Caruana Cantina & Relais. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen, aber genau so hatten wir es uns gewünscht: ruhig und idyllisch, und trotzdem sind Strand und Restaurants schnell erreichbar. Ein besonderes Highlight war das Menü der Gastgeberin in Verbindung mit der Führung durch die Weinproduktion. Das war ein sehr persönliches und authentisches Erlebnis, das wir jedem nur empfehlen können. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Familie waren unglaublich herzlich und freundlich, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr ausgiebig, liebevoll angerichtet und ein schöner Start in jeden Tag.

Bellissima struttura immersa nella campagna, ma vicina al mare (riserva di Torre Salsa e spiaggia di Bovo Marina) e a tre minuti in auto da Montallegro. Siamo stati accolti come in famiglia in un'ambiente rilassante. Camera spaziosa e colazione strepitosa con torte fatte in casa. La piscina, a sfioro, è in posizione dominante sul paesaggio e staccata dalle camere. Abbiamo anche partecipato alla cena con degustazione dei vini biologici prodotti in azienda e tour della cantina (abbiamo anche comprato una piccola scorta di vini). Sicuramente ritorneremo.

-Outstanding huge pool , beautiful design , invisible edge boasting lovely views
-Clean modern and tastefully designed rooms
-Phenomenal breakfast - best spread of our entire 3 week trip ( lots of variety sweet and savoury options) loved the potato frittata & orange cake
-Took us on a surprise tour of the wine making facilities where they shared the story of how their winery came to be
-Upgraded us to one of their ground floor beautiful newly renovated suite as our booked room had a faulty AC (it was an incredible treat)
-Supper is a must at least once - for the rest of the time you must eat at the nearby osteria they recommended (only 5 min drive) pizza was to die for !
-Location is wonderful - close to beautiful beaches and temples , Scalia, and awesome town of sciacca

I proprietari molto accoglienti gentili e disponibili. Ci hanno offerto un uprade gratuito da confort a de luxe data la disponibilità, cosa che abbiamo molto gradito. La piscina bellissima grande a sfioro.

Wunderschönes Weingut. Sagenhafter Pool (auch mit Sauna). Tolle Aussicht in die Landschaft.
Wunderbare, nette Besitzer Benina und Roberto. Wir haben am Tasting Menü mit Kellerführung mitgemacht (und haben die Übersetzung teilweise übernommen 😁, weil wir als CH-Pasr 4 Sprachen sprechen🤭).
Zum Naturschutzgebiet Torre Salsa mit Badestrand sind es nur 5 Autominuten (Besitzer nach dem tollen Zugang mit Shuttleservice beim Adler Resort fragen!!!).
Fine dine dann im Capitolo Primo in Montallegro!!

Quiet, comfortable stay. Rooms are clean. Flexible and friendly staff. Wine tour was great. Would recommend!

Great Room (booked the suite) , lovely staff and wonderful breakfast with homemade cakes. Great vegetarian dinner with wine tasting and cellar tour.

Everything was fantastic

Bellissima struttura, per godere appieno di giorni di puro relax. Arredata e attrezzata con estrema cura e buon gusto, abbiamo potuto apprezzare la grande ospitalità dei proprietari e la passione che li anima nel portare avanti le attività della cantina e dei vini biologici che producono.
Provateli, magari durante una delle cene-degustazione che periodicamente propongono, insieme alla visita della cantina, perché ne vale davvero la pena.
Ottime anche le colazioni.

Piscina bellissima, in area sopraelevata con vista sui vigneti. E le spiagge di Torre Salsa e Bovo Marina a pochi minuti.
