very good location in the centre of Davao. The room is quiet, cosy and comfortable. Excellent breakfast

Overall i enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were big, bed was comfy and room was well equipped. The highlight tho was the in-house restaurants. Mamamita (mexican) was amazing and breakfast at The Bramble was excellent (attached a pix of the Eggs Benedict i had) . Both places were really gorgeous too. I didnt get to try the flagship Bourke & Bondi as there was a wedding there on the night i stayed.
I think the aircon is a little underpowered for a room that big so in a hot day this could be an issue. Also, for a property at this level, i think a bit of work could be done in terms of the finishing touches but this didnt really affect my stay in any way.
Friendly staffs, clean room and great food with good portions .
The elevator.. if your slow to get inside or outside elevator door closes so fast on you .

I liked the room very clean and comfortable
I didn't like the location, at first the internet wasnt working bit it was resolved by tue manager who was very professional and helpful. I jist think its a very nice hotel in a very not so nice area
Nice location with lots of shops and restaurants near by
The room safe was too small and not anchored properly which didn't make it very secure. Breakfast choices very limited eggs no fruit juice. Poached eggs undercooked.
Many thanks to all staff and Mr.Edwin for their high customer focus. We had a very nice time and also the cafe and the restaurant on the territory of the hotel were amazing. All food was so delicious and nice. Pavlova cake was just perfect. Staff's attitude and care made our staying very comfortable and unforgettable. We do recommend to visitors to dine at the restaurant and enjoy tasty meals.
部屋が広い、ゲートには警備員がいて安全。
シャワーが水圧弱過ぎて石鹸を洗い流すのにめちゃくちゃ時間かかる。
連れを残してチェックアウトした、その際にクレジット決済をした（ホテルの食事、エキストラベット代、その他利用し多分）上に朝ごはん代を200ペソ払って、連れは支払いないですね？と確認したにも関わらず連れがエキストラベット代を請求されて、ごはん代で相殺します800ペソ追加で払ってください。となった。
別で後1部屋親戚のために予約を入れていたが、チェックインが遅くなって夜中にチェックイン、その際クレジット決済をした。しかし翌日のチェックアウトの時に宿泊料を請求されて困ってると連絡があった。
支払いには明確にして欲しい、払ったのに払われてませんので払ってくださいと言われたらせっかくの旅行が台無しになってしまう。
Le petit-déjeuner éait parfait ! Hormis que les jus de fruits étaient en supplément à payer. Et qu'il y avait plusieurs types de petit-déjeuner.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel est du haut niveau. Tout était bon bien présenté et le personnel est serviable et sympathique. La literie était au top. Le manager est sympathique et serrviable. Il suffit de lui demander quelque chose et cela est effectué.
Rénover la salle de bains. Changer le Carrelage et changer la porte cassée. Nos amis les cafards géants c'était un peu pénible dans la salle de bains...Aussi une ampoule qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre.

Location is a 10! It is very quiet. I slept like I was at home - an indication of how comfortable it was for me. The breakfast was EXCELLENT! I was with my senior parents, and they offered to have their breakfast served in their room so that they don't have to walk to the cafe. All of the staff are great. I am surprised I have not heard of this hotel before. We were supposed to stay at a family room, however, it was under renovation. They booked us to 2 rooms instead, at a much lower price. Customer service of this hotel is excellent!

I liked the hotel from the moment the cab dropped me off in the hotel grounds. Set in a quiet nook with trees, the place has character. The room is big, well-furnished, has a powerful aircon, and is very clean (including the bathroom). I like the breakfasts that I had at the Bramble cafe & bakery. An upscale Australian-owned restaurant adds a touch of class. The hotel is easy to spot more than a block away because of the old trees that mark its presence--a green oasis in Poblacion!
Nothing. I just commented about one of their ledges (where you can put personal effects) not being level, but I am sure that can be easily fixed.
