Good location, but some improvements needed.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Spacious room.. nearest shop, food and dobby.

Cons:

The bedsheet is not very clean, the heather in the bathroom is difficult to use and takes a long time to get hot. The telephone is not working.

There is room for improvement in terms of servicing the aircond and let it run well to avoid humid.
Pros:

This hotel doesn't come with breakfast services

Cons:

The aircond was very mild and the room was humid. For family suite room only one fan was given and the air was insufficient.

Very disappointed with this hotel.
We were traveling with three elderly people, and the hotel assigned us a room on the 2nd floor with no lift access. This was completely unacceptable and extremely stressful, as they were unable to climb the stairs.
The most frustrating part is that the booking app clearly stated both “accessible by stair” and “accessible by lift”, but failed to mention that the specific room we booked had no lift access at all. This is misleading and irresponsible, especially for guests traveling with elderly family members.
Because of this poor and unclear information, we were forced to check out immediately without staying, causing unnecessary inconvenience and stress.
This situation could have easily been avoided if the hotel had been transparent. Guests should not have to guess or suffer because of unclear descriptions.
I do not recommend this hotel at all, especially if you are traveling with elderly people or anyone who needs lift access.

It was not a good stay ..
Pros:

It was convenient as the property was beside the high way .

Cons:

The facilities were old and tv was difficult to operate ( need to consult front desk) .
The remote was not functioning well.
