L'emplacement est parfait 100 m du lac. L'entrée est surprenante car on entre par une agence de voyage. Une chambre par étage. Personnel très agréable, et tous les services sont disponibles. Petits déjeuners dans hôtel voisin absolument grandiose.

El trato del personal fue excelente, nos ayudaron en todo momento y nos recomendaron muchos sitios alrededor. El hotel no podía estar mejor ubicado en el old quartier y el desayuno muy completo y muy rico.

Excellent hotel right in the center of Hanoi! Very convenient location — everything is nearby: attractions, cafes, and shops. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions.

Super breakfasts: a variety of fruits, fresh salads, and good coffee.

Another big plus is the ability to book tours directly at the hotel, which is very convenient and saves time.

Only positive impressions — I would gladly stay here again!

What a good hotel nearby the Hanoi center, you can walk to all the attraction and good restaurants, the cafe... Very good breakfast. The room is clean and nice. The staff especially Tract at front desk is the best, very friendly and helful.

Pros:

La localisation est parfait, au centre du vieux quartier tout en étant dans une petite rue plus calme. Le rapport qualité prix de l’hôtel est très bien. Le personnel est très agréable et enfin le petit déjeuner qui se fait dans un hôtel à côté est très bon!

Malheureusement il n’y avait pas de chambre disponible au Family Hanoi hôtel pour raison de maintenance. L’hôtel de subs
Pros:

Nous n’avons pas été logé dans l’établissement même mais dans un hôtel de remplacement nettement moins bien.
Néanmoins un geste commercial a été fait et nous remercions l’équipe de Family Hanoi hôtel.

Pros:

The front desk staff ( which I forgot to get the name ) was very friendly and accommodating. The room is big enough for us 3 and supplies were replenished everyday.
The breakfast which is in another hotel was nice.

They prefer cash payment.

Cons:

That the room was only cleaned at around 3pm ( on our third day ). It would have been nicer to go back to a refreshed room after lunch because it was so hot outside. The AC should be colder.
