Super hotel w centrum w doskonałej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Super lokalizacja, przy jeziorze, 15 minut spacerkiem do train street. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja, śniadania w hotelu obok na 10 piętrze. Fantastyczna obsługa na recepcji, pomogli we wszystkim. Wygodne łóżka, sklep całodobowy tuż obok.

Excellent location, walking distance to the main square, markets and lake. The staff are nice and gave us an upgrade to a balcony room. Beds were really comfy!

Cons:

We were grateful for the balcony room upgrade, however the noise of the Main Street kept us awake.

Pros:

Schöne Seitenstraße dadurch etwas ruhiger, trotzdem mitten in Geschehen! Wir haben sogar ein gratis Zimmer Upgrade bekommen :)

Pros:

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The service was exceptional from start to finish.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff also went above and beyond by allowing us to store our luggage and offering us a place to shower long after check-out, which was greatly appreciated.

The hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would gladly stay here again.

L'emplacement est parfait 100 m du lac. L'entrée est surprenante car on entre par une agence de voyage. Une chambre par étage. Personnel très agréable, et tous les services sont disponibles. Petits déjeuners dans hôtel voisin absolument grandiose.

El trato del personal fue excelente, nos ayudaron en todo momento y nos recomendaron muchos sitios alrededor. El hotel no podía estar mejor ubicado en el old quartier y el desayuno muy completo y muy rico.

What a good hotel nearby the Hanoi center, you can walk to all the attraction and good restaurants, the cafe... Very good breakfast. The room is clean and nice. The staff especially Tract at front desk is the best, very friendly and helful.
