Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ein sauberes Hotel und eine perfekte Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Hanoi. Am Abreisetag mussten wir schon vor dem Frühstück zum Flughafen. Das Team hat deshalb für uns beide ein kleines Frühstück zum Mitnehmen vorbereitet und bereits ein Taxi für 5:30 Uhr organisiert. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Suffisant pour une nuit
Pros:

Très bon emplacement et le personnel est sympathique.

Cons:

Hôtel pour une nuit et c'est largement suffisant. La chambre sentait l'humidité et n'était pas très propre. Confort rudimentaire. Salle de bain vétuste.
Pour le prix, je pense que l'on peut trouver mieux à Hanoï.

Locatie is geweldig!
Pros:

De locatie is echt geweldig en ontbijt is heel goed.

Cons:

Er zijn betere hotels in die buurt voor die prijs. We hebben van hotel moeten veranderen omwille van een stroompanne en zijn dan in een beter hotel terecht gekomen.

Notre arrivée à Hanoï facilité
Pros:

Hôtel idéal pour un séjour à Hanoï dans le vieux quartier. Tracy à l'accueil a été exceptionnelle avec nous. Nos bagages en soute étant perdus à l'arrivée, de nombreuses difficultés ont dû être gérées sur place, et Tracy n'a pas hésité à s'occuper de tout alors même que nous n'étions plus dans son hôtel. Une aide précieuse et toujours souriante.
Nous avons pu également réserver des activités et transport directement avec elle, et ça nous a grandement facilité le séjour.
La chambre était nickel, la salle de bain très pratique et avec de nombreux accessoires fournis.
Le lit est très confortable.
Le petit déjeuner est servi dans l'immeuble à côté avec un très bon buffet.
Allez y sans hésiter.

Pros:

Hele fijne accomedatie met een super goede ligging midden in het centrum!
Staf en personeel heel vriendelijk en kunnen je helpen met vlucht transfer.
Ontbijt was ook prima

Vi skulle kun overnatte og så videre. Derfor var det fint til prisen.
Pros:

Beliggenheden var rigtig god.
Morgenmaden var på et hyggeligt hotel ved siden af. Morgenmaden var god.

Cons:

Værelset var ikke stort. Der var ikke meget plads til 4 personer og bagage. Elevatoren var meget lille.
