Bel endroit pour découvrir Hanoi !
Pros:

À deux pas du lac et du centre, l’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé. Il n’y a qu’une chambre par étage qui sont spacieuses et le balcon donne sur une rue qui est calme la nuit. La personne à l’accueil était très agréable.

Cons:

La salle de bain pourrait être rafraîchie, mais elle est propre et fonctionnelle.

Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at Family Hanoi Hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing, incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The tour I booked through them was also fantastic, and my room was very comfortable and clean.

Staff is very very nice.
Pros:

The staff is really nice, we booked a standard room for two people but they gave us the suit because it was free and bigger and quieter… we didnt like that there was a open shower so the bathroom floor would be all wet so they let us change to a tree bedroom with a closed shower.

Cons:

It looks like the pictures but some rooms hat a bit of a wet amel but this is normal in vietnam i think …. as already mentioned the open showers but everyone hat different wishes in generell it was clean but of course it was a little bit older so some things looked used. The breakfast is in another hotel next door but was okay.

"Tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại Hà Nội. Khách sạn sở hữu vị trí đắc địa, giúp việc di chuyển tham quan vô cùng thuận tiện. Phòng nghỉ không chỉ sạch sẽ, hiện đại mà còn mang lại cảm giác rất ấm cúng. Điểm cộng lớn nhất chính là đội ngũ nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện, chu đáo và luôn nhiệt tình hỗ trợ du khách. Bữa sáng tại đây cũng rất ngon miệng và đa dạng món ăn. Chắc chắn tôi sẽ quay lại nơi này trong chuyến đi tới!"

Super hotel w centrum w doskonałej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Super lokalizacja, przy jeziorze, 15 minut spacerkiem do train street. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja, śniadania w hotelu obok na 10 piętrze. Fantastyczna obsługa na recepcji, pomogli we wszystkim. Wygodne łóżka, sklep całodobowy tuż obok.

Excellent location, walking distance to the main square, markets and lake. The staff are nice and gave us an upgrade to a balcony room. Beds were really comfy!

Cons:

We were grateful for the balcony room upgrade, however the noise of the Main Street kept us awake.

Možnost úschovy zavazadel a sprchy po check-out. Dobrá lokalita.

Cons:

Drobné zmatky se snídaní (včetně/extra), ale nakonec se operativně vyjasnilo k naší max.spokojenosti.

Pros:

Schöne Seitenstraße dadurch etwas ruhiger, trotzdem mitten in Geschehen! Wir haben sogar ein gratis Zimmer Upgrade bekommen :)
