Inmejorable
Pros:

Tanto el servicio y el trato del personal son excelentes. El desayuno y la cena estaba de 10. Que bien nos hemos sentido. Los camareros que atentos. Lo recomiendo 😊

Enchufes.
Pros:

-Que admiten perros.
-Nos dejaron una cama para el perro, siendo nosotros dos.
-Las vistas.
-El baño porque está reformado.

Cons:

-Los enchufes de al lado de la cama no funcionaban, mi pareja tuvo que cargarlo en el baño y yo en el enchufe de la tv dejando el móvil colgado.
- La cama de matrimonio eran dos camas juntas individuales.

A wonderful, peaceful hotel with cozy rooms, beautiful mountain views, and genuinely attentive staff

Excellent hotel! The location is lovely — quiet, beautiful, and incredibly peaceful. Our room was very cozy, with a wonderful view of the mountains. I truly had a great rest and really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

The hotel staff were very polite, attentive, and helpful. You could really feel that they genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable.

This is one of those places where you don’t just take a break — you truly relax and recharge your soul. A wonderful place that I would love to return to!

Cons:

I wish there had been a few more vegetables at breakfast. Overall, the selection was good, and a special thank you for having fresh fruit available. It would have been perfect to have a wider variety of vegetables and, for example, a fresh salad as well — that would make the breakfast selection even more varied.

Falta de mantenimiento
La tele no funcionaba, tuvimos que llamar a recepción para que vinieran a revisarla y el chico de mantenimiento dijo que esa tele estaba mal, se veían muy pocos canales, se nos apagó varias veces, para volver a encenderla había que darle varias veces al botón físico de la tele y esperar a que tuviera ganas de encenderse
Los enchufes de la cama, no funcionaban y tuvimos que cargar los móviles en el lavabo y otro en el suelo del pasillo
Los muebles de la terraza estaban quemados del sol y reparados con muy mala gana, te clavabas todos los clavos del remiendo con el riesgo de hacerte daño o dañar la ropa

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang von einer supernetten Dame, die uns alles erklärt hat. Sehr schönes Zimmer im Nebengebäude. Bequeme Betten, gutes Badezimmer mit hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten. Frühstück lecker, alles da.

Cons:

Leider kein Waschbeckenstöpsel da, auch in der Badewanne war keiner.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, rutas a pie de hotel, zona espectacular, el personal encantador, desayuno adecuado, cena riquísima, una terraza que es una delicia para respirar aire puro, hay una zona común con billar y sillones ideal para jugar en familia, repetiremos seguro. La habitación reformada y muy limpia, todo de 10. Hotel PET friendly de verdad.
