Without a doubt, the greatest stay in Jakarta.
Pros:

This was an incredible stay! Beyond expectations, beyond accommodating. I booked this room as a surprise for my father's birthday, and when I told the concierge at check-in, we received over-the-top hospitality (decorating the room for the birthday, help with cakes, etc.). I also found that throughout the hotel, every single person who worked there was always accommodating to the guests, without question. The room, view and location are top tier, NOT A SINGLE COMPLAINT!

Lovely stay
Pros:

Great facilities, great location and amazing staff. Breakfast was pretty good too, enjoyed the sauna and steam room and pool area

Pros:

My stay was wonderful as always, love the room. Pillows were a bit to thin for my preference, but everything else was good. One of my favorite InterContinental Hotels.

I needed help with my 4 heavy suitcases to be delivered to Surabaya, concierge staffs were super helpful. They were 2 helpful staffs but I only remember Pak Herdiana. They helped me shrink wrapped all suitcases and gave me options on couriers.

This hotel has people with warm genuine smiles ready to serve, a differentiation from many others. Top location adjoining to mall. Great breakfast, room that is comfortable, clean and things working in the room. Hard to fault :)

Best staff anywhere
Pros:

The staff at the Intercontinental Pondok Indah are incredible.
Every staff member i met, always greeted me in a friendly and respectful way, with a genuine smile and an enquiry about my day and needs.
Special mention to Ayu and her team at the bar, and Hikmah at the breakfast restaurant who always greeted me and remembered my favorite tea and fruits.
The best staff I have encountered anywhere around the world in my travels.

The Benchmark in the hotel industry
Pros:

For me, the Intercontinental Hotel in Jakarta is the benchmark for remarkable service, comfort and elegance. From the time you step out of the car and walk into the lobby to the time you depart the staff treat you like royalty. Their genuine care and attention to detail could most certainly teach so many people in the hotel industry what service really is. Beautiful rooms and great gym for that morning workout, this is the only place to stay in Jakarta.

The first stay at InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah was absolutely fantastic and unforgettable.

I was truly amazed by the lovely birthday room setup and amenities. Special thanks to Olivia, Eric, Jasmine, Ulya, Caroline, and the entire GRO team for making this special occasion during my stay even more memorable and meaningful.

Talking about the food, every selection was thoughtfully curated and never boring. I genuinely enjoyed every single dish offered. Luxury truly defines itself when the food speaks for itself.
