Our family had a fantastic stay,
The hotel amenities are beautiful, but the staff really elevate this property. We spent most of our afternoons at the pool, and the service was absolutely spectacular. Mr. Teguh & Mr Aldi was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had fresh towels, drinks & accommodate our needs. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable setup. We truly appreciate the hospitality and will definitely return

Best Hotel in Jakarta - Hospitality in Luxury
Pros:

Best Hotel ever. I love how they make special arrangement for my husband birthday. They decorate the room with nice birthday note in mirror, balloons in bed and birthday cake. Simple gesture, but warm our heart at the most. The hotel itself is always extraordinary, clean spacious luxury room that located just beside big shopping mall (PIM). We have a blast stay, thank you intercontinental.

A hotel that never cease to amaze me, hospitality was top notch especially at the Club Intercontinental lounge, the staff lead by Intan is always ready to please. Thank you staff. The rooms are well appointed as it should be for a 5 star accommodation. Check in was fast and efficient.
