Un bel hôtel déshumanisé
Pros:

Le cadre est très beau et les chambres confortables. De nombreuses bornes de recharge pour les voitures électriques.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas aimé l'absence d'une réception. Récupérer les clés d'une chambre d'un hôtel 3 étoiles dans un automate à 17h et ne voir personne en dehors de la dame du petit-déjeuner nous a déplu. L'ambiance est froide et impersonnelle.

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt auf der Burg Heimerzheim war wirklich besonders. Die Burg ist wunderschön restauriert und die Zimmer sind modern und gemütlich. Check-in unkompliziert, Frühstück lecker , großer Parkplatz ( kostenlos)vor dem Burggelände und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Außergewöhnlich, sehr schön und idyllisch.
Pros:

Die außergewöhnliche Umgebung war klasse. Wir konnten im Innenhof sitzen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll!
Es lief alles über einen Check-In-Automaten super schnell und unkompliziert ab.

Cons:

Die Betten waren zu weich, das Internet einschl. Internet-TV funktionierte nicht.

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes altes Gebäude. Sehr gepflegt und sehr hübsche Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Zimmer ist alles was man braucht.
