Érkezéskor egy teljesen értelmezhetetlen vaktérképet adtak a parkolóhóz. Másfél óra bolyongás után a recepciós kíséret el. Természetesen teljesen máshol volt. Első reggel,mikor már végeztünk a reggelivel,egy pincér(?) olaszul ordibálva jött az asztalhoz,hogy nem ide kellett volna üljünk. Senki nem volt ott,hogy eligazítson vagy informáljon az ülésrendről. Nem volt másik tiszta asztal,egy másik ott dolgozó messziről mutogatva jelezte,hogy menjünk ki egy másik terembe. Aztán mikor strandra indultunk,szintén olaszul ordibálva jött oda a recepciós( talán Monica),hogy mi mégis hova megyünk,jelezni kellene a recepciónál?! Ez teljesen nonszensz. Senki az egész hotelben nem beszélt angolul,ami szintén teljesen elfogadhatatlan egy üdülőváros szállodjájában. Ezek után inkább elmentünk egy másik hotelbe,ami persze plusz kiadás volt,mert semmit nem térítettek vissza. Meg sem kérdezték,miért megyünk el hamarabb.
Ezenkívül is kritikán aluli volt a tisztaság és a higiénia. Szakadt függőny,szakadt,koszos ágynemű. A falak is rettentően piszkosak voltak,töménytelen penész a fürdőszobában. Szemét benthagyva az asztalon stb..A reggeli is nagyon szegényes volt. Néhány péksütemény és egyfajta sajt és felvágott. Hatalmas csalódás,soha hasonlót sem láttunk sehol a világon. Senkinek nem ajánlom.

Cons:

The man who is responsible of breakfast and restaurant section is very very impolite. I was guest of this hotel for 3 days, the breakfast is from 8-10 am. Every 3 days morning I wanted to seat near the window having the sea view but this impolite and irrespecutful man all 3 days told to one of the servant to come and change my seat with no reason. In the last day he shouted and told this very very very impolitely
