Clean, spacious, and centrally located for a fun family vacation in Madrid!

Pros:

Apartamento amplio, cómodo, éramos 3 personas. Lo mejor es que había 2 baños. Tiene una excelente ubicación. Desde allí íbamos caminando a muchos lugares turísticos del centro de Madrid. La atención de Viviana la chica de recepción muy pendiente de hacer amena nuestra estancia.

Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to explore Madrid from the center.
Pros:

Location location location. Well kept building with friendly management and responsive host. Great launching pad to see the city, across the street from the metro, restaurants, a street fair, and near the city’s most beautiful park. Highly recommend.

Wohnung mit toller Lage im Zentrum von Madrid mit kleinen Schwächen
Pros:

Die Lage der Wohnung im Zentrum von Madrid war exzellent. Die Metro vor der Haustür ist prima. Die Räume der Wohnung sind großzügig dimensioniert und zurückhaltend modern eingerichtet. Obwohl kein Balkon vorhanden ist, kann man durch die bodentiefen Fenstertüren mit den französischen Balkongittern davor schön auf den Plaza del Tirso blicken. Das Leben dort am Abend ist interessanter als jedes Kino oder jeder TV-Film.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küche war nur befriedigend. Die Töpfe hatten alle runde Böden, was beim Benutzen auf einem Induktionsherd suboptimal ist. Die Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine braucht dringend eine Entkalkung. Der Kaffeedurchfluss für eine Tasse erfolgte nur tröpfchenweise. Nun gut, im Urlaub hat man Zeit und kann auch mal 2 Minuten auf eine Tasse warten.

Pros:

Super miejsce jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Madrytu. Praktycznie przy wejściu stacja metra, 24h duży supermarket oraz mnogość knajpek i kawiarni. Do wszystkich głównych atrakcji (Plaza Mayor, Pałac Królewski, Prado, Thyssen-Bornemisza, itd) jest na tyle blisko, że można nawet pieszo dojść (maks 10-25 min). Pełne wyposażenie kuchni (zmywarka, piekarnik, płyta, garnki, patelnie, talerze).
