Ci hanno mandati via in quanto non indiani. Insomma, in fase di prenotazione, vedono che sono italiano, ho nome italiano, quindi accettano la prenotazione. Quando ci rechiamo li ci negano l'ingresso. Assurdo. Dovrebbero essere rimossi da Booking.com

They refused me so I can’t know :)

Cons:

Terrible, I did a reservation but when I came at 10pm for the check in they didn’t even look at me and said « we are full », so I asked for a solution because I was a solo woman in the night with all hotels fully booked because of a cricket game. After that they just left me alone at the reception. Disrespectful !
