We enjoyed the location and space, but felt the value didn’t fully match the cost.
Pros:

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The room itself was large, clean, and comfortable, and the bathrooms were also lovely and well‑maintained. We really liked that the unit had cooking facilities and a dining table, which made the stay more practical. The short 15‑minute walk to Surfers Paradise was also a great bonus.

Cons:

The dining chairs were quite stained, and the couch was also stained and had no cushions, which made it uncomfortable to sit on. The bedside tables were old, worn, and stained, which took away from the overall presentation of the room. There was no compendium or information booklet, which made it frustrating to figure out the hotel facilities and nearby options, especially for guests who don’t stay in this area often. Overall, the room didn’t feel worth the price we paid for a one‑night stay.
