Pros:

I absolutely loved everything about my stay! The room was so comfortable, the living area was great, and the apartment was spotless. The staff were amazing too, both at the front desk and through the messages on Booking. Their service really made a difference and made me feel very well looked after. I couldn't be happier with my stay.

Central but needs a deep clean
Pros:

About a 10 minute walk into the main area of surfers paradise, beds were very comfortable and showers were very clean

Cons:

Kitchen was not clean, cutlery was dirty in the apartment, we had to bin our rubbish ourselves. Things left in fridge from previous guest. Random disgusting stains on the walls. Couch had a funny smell. Balcony wasn’t the cleanest. Windows not 100% sealed, draft coming into bedroom so very cold at night

Pros:

Love staying at Ruby by Cllix. Perfect location, great apartments and excellent staff.

Cons:

Not an ideal room allocation (housekeeping let down) in the first instance, however front of house staff quickly rectified the situation kindly and professionally.
