Couldn't seem to get live TV, had to connect our own streaming services to the TV, which i dont like doing. Maybe just us, but having instructions on how to navigate the TV would be great.

The overall cleanliness of the room could definitely be improved. Black marks on the ceiling at the AC vent, marks on cupboards & furniture worn. The bedside table was stained. Ranch slider windows definitely need a good scrub.

Just points to note. 1. There is an issue with the shower in the master bedroom. The shower rose doesn't sit firmly in the handle; therefore, each time you shower, you have to come up with a solution to shower with the water arm needing to be adjusted. Finally, my husband jammed it behind the bracket to create a wedge to hold it in place. 2. A spill of liquid has fallen down the wall, and the brown liquid remains on the floor under the wall-table. 3. The dust over a few months has collected in the grooves of the kitchen cupboards, the grease has caused the dust to stick to the hinges of the cupboards; this needs wiping down. 4. The floorboards are broken outside the master bedroom AND the bathroom of the other bedroom, these will continue to deteriorate. The dishes we used from the pantry were adequate; however, I did have to clean them prior to using them as they seemed to have a "film" over them from the dishwasher. Does the dishwasher need a hot clean?

We stayed on 2nd for one night and the apartment was clean, fresh and updated. We came back and stayed 7-9th and the 2bedroom apartment was not clean. Fluff on mat, carpet in both bedrooms. The window frames were so dusty it was not dust from just previous person. How could 2 apartments be so different in the same facility? Who is checking cleanliness. This last apartment definitely needs a spring clean.

The lounge was filthy and stained. I did not want to sit on it, it looked that dirty. Was a bit worn in other areas so for the money per night @ $700 pn was disappointing overall.

I found the floor was abit damaged in spots and the single beds weren’t secure to the bass meaning they kept moving and falling off making it hard for an adult to sleep on but besides that it was quiet comfortable

The apartment good do with a good clean,

I really wanted to like this place.
But the cleanliness of this place was very poor. The floors were dirty. We had to wear socks or slippers during our whole stay. The stove hadn’t even been wiped down since the previous people who stayed. The outside area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. The bbq looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in over a year.
The outdoor area which was on the second floor didn’t have a locked door on it, so we asked for the key to be able to lock it, they did not have a key to lock it so they had to get a locksmith in to change the lock.
I really wish I read the previous comments about the cleanliness of the place otherwise I would not of stayed here.
The place was very run down and definitely needs a deep clean and to be better maintained.

Nothing major but the TV needs an upgrade and the floor needs a bit of fixing. But overall we are happy with the apartment.

A couple of things could be improved. It would be great if there were a café or somewhere on-site to grab a coffee, especially in the morning. We also found that the pool could be better maintained, as it didn't feel as clean or well looked after as we expected.

Overall, these were only minor drawbacks, and we still had an enjoyable stay.
