Very poor service
Pros:

I didn’t get to stay there

Cons:

I didn’t like that I messaged the property that my daughter was petrified of going in the lift so I needed a lower floor/stair access and when I got there I was put on the 4th floor with no stair access so I couldn’t stay there and they kept my money I got no refund

Great day for families and couples.
Pros:

Close to restaurants,shops and beach. Clean and staff were great happy go out of your way to help you.

Cons:

Coming into property it was a bit congested. People were trying to park at the front not enough room to park. We had to check in.

My stay was comfortable and the ocean view was beautiful .
Pros:

It was in a perfect spot , not in the middle of all the other buildings and easy access to the highway & 7:11 store next door

Cons:

I didn’t like no restaurant or bar open

地点位置不错，屋内的空间大小也可以

Cons:

Cons:

Cleanliness of floors, balcony and lounge. Cheap fittings in bathrooms, , long waits for lift. Location a bit out of the way from
the main area of Surfers Paradise.
