Pros:

For that price it was all more than ok! Cleaning every day, WiFi, TV, air conditioning, restaurants, etc

Cons:

The location it's in Old Town so if you want every day to go on the beach and in the night on party you have to take a grab, about 11 km. In old town Phuket it's some party but it's for hew want a lot of quiet. So the location it's not bad but it's depends what you want to do there
