Pros:

Quirky, fun environment, sweet cabinet😊

Cons:

Very hot room, noisy traffic if cooled by opening the window. Additional charge for car parking which I thought a bit cheeky.

Bad sleep
Pros:

The rooms were clean and had all the amenities you would need

The location was outside the immediate city centre but was a short 15 minute cycle to most things.

Cons:

Sound proofing was very bad in the room. My room faced onto the busy main road, I think the windows were single glazed so my sleep was very disturbed - not ideal after a flight. The bed was not particularly comfy but that is probably personal preference.

The room was very small. This was fine for me as a solo traveller for the one night but wouldn’t recommend for two or a longer stay.

For the price paid and 4 star I was expecting better.

The vibe was very cool

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor, they only cooked the bare minimum and unless you came early the food was gone, they did not replenish or cook more. I was very disappointed by this, service in the morning was also for, considering it was a small place, there was little to no attention from staff. I had ti get my own cutlery and milk more than once.

Cons:

Thought charging to park onsite made it an expensive stay as room wasn't what I would call a reasonable amount for room only.

Pros:

Edificio antiguo con decoracion recargada pero con un estilo muy ingles, la habitación es agradable, teníamos cama kingsize, aunque pequeña pero cumplía su menester
El baño reformado es completo y actual, por lo que todo muy bien
El parking nos vino muy bien, sobre todo a la mañana siguiente para no moverlo y poder ir en bus hasta el centro y retirarlo a media mañana.

Cons:

Para una noche es perfecto , nada a reseñar

Slow internet, huwever to be fair, I dud not raise this with staff as I was mostly out.

Pourrait être plus propre, aucun endroit pour poser ces affaires & notre cuvette de wc était cassé :/

Pros:

Hotel très british. Personnel très agréable. Bon qualité- prix

Cons:

petit déjeuner trop anglais, pas de viennoiseries, ni un vrai café bien noir. On entend la circulation la nuit

Could have been better
Pros:

Location was good.
Toiletries in the bathroom were good.

Cons:

Extra charge for overnight parking in addition to the cost of expensive small room.
Fan supplied was ineffectual in keeping the room cool.
Gravel on driveway which ran beneath the room made it a noisy night .
Overall a disappointment

Pros:

Nice location, friendly staff.

Cons:

Hot room (but noisy when windows open). The tap turned itself on every few minutes which was quite noisy, and the shower was cold. I wanted to tell staff this, but the desk is not often manned. Basically it was fine, but I wouldn't rush to stay here again.

Superfijn en leuk hotel!
Pros:

Personeel was supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Locatie is perfect, 25 minuten lopen naar het centrum, de bus stopt voor de deur en fietsen kunnen even verderop in de fietsenwinkel gehuurd worden. Het hotel staat vol curiosa is bijzonder leuk ingericht. Er wordt geen diner aangeboden. Het ligt in een straat met allemaal mooie panden en allerlei voorzieningen in de buurt zoals restaurants en winkels. De kamer was niet groot, maar zeer leuk ingericht met ramen die open kunnen, een fijne douche en een lekker bed. Het ontbijt was compleet, met verse eitjes, een grote keuze aan granola voor bij de yoghurt etc. Parkeerplaatsen aan de achterkant van het hotel voor 15 GBP per nacht. Leuk was dat ze een heuse snoepkast hebben staan voor de zoetekauwen onder ons. Wij raden het hotel zeker aan!
