Pros:

It is very nice to have walking distance to everywhere. The hotel is affordable compared to its competitors according to its location. It is a small hotel, but we liked the terrace very much. There was not much variety in breakfast, but it was delicious. They are also very successful in cleaning. I definitely recommend it

Foarte curat, Mic-dejun foarte bun. Parcare la locatie. Pret foarte bun. Locatie in centru, aproape de plaja si de Piata Europa. Staff foarte amabil.

Мы снова вернулись в этот отель. Ни капельки не пожалели. Всё как и в прошлый раз на высшем уровне. Персонал приятный, отзывчивый,завтраки вкусные. Место положение отеля супер, всё в пешей доступности. Мы влюблены в это отель.

Nice small hotel with great breakfast
Pros:

Great location, great housekeepimg (Natia), very good and fresh breakfast, all clean and nice inside

Cons:

All good,but some remarks- coffee upgrade could be nice (its granulated powder now), employees might want to learn to communicate in English way better (apart from one nice girl who spoke fluently), do not expect any views from your room (I was fine with it)

Fajny butikowy hotel w okolicy parku i jeziora, ok. 1 km. od " wieży alfabetu" wygodny i czysty. Dobre śniadanie.

Cons:

Parkingu to przy hotelu nie ma, a to spory problem w Batumi. Mógłby być bardziej centralnie położony, ale w sumie nie jest źle. Zdjęcia trochę wprowadzają w błąd jeżeli chodzi o wygląd zewnętrzny.

Відпочивали в серпні 2026р. Приїхали о 2-00 ночі з аеропорту до готелю, Персонал зустрів, поселив, дуже привітні🙂👍. Відкритість і гарний настрій персонал нам надавав і в подальшому 24/7. За це їм великий респект. Номери невеличкі, але все необхідне присутнє, прибирання кожен день, рушники та гігієнічні засоби додавались кожен день, за це теж велике дякуємо. В номері кожен день додавались вода питна, чай, кава, є чайник. Харчування сніданок по типу ''шведський стіл'', смачно, пустих тарілок на лінії не було😀.
Невеликий, затишний готель в сердці Батумі, до пляжу 10хв, через парк з озером. Локація гарна, в ночі не шумно.
Госпдарям та персоналу готелю велике дякуємо за наданий відпочинок. Рекомендуємо👍.

Ein tolles Hotel mit hervorragender Lage. Es befindet sich direkt am Stadtpark und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Promenade und dem Strand entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es im Zimmer angenehm ruhig, sodass wir sehr gut schlafen konnten.
Das Hotel ist modern, neu und sehr sauber. Besonders schön fanden wir die kleine Terrasse, die den Gästen zur Verfügung steht und zum Entspannen einlädt.

Дуже вдале розташування ,все поруч ,номери не велику і але комфортні,прибирання кожного дня ,водичка в барі безкоштовно,заміна полотенець кожен день.Не великий ресторан для сніданку але міста всім хватило і нормальні сніданки ,голодними точно не залишиться ніхто
Окремо хочу відмітити персонал ,дуже уважний та привітний
