Pleasant stay, and would stay at this location again.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. The room and hotel were very clean. I loved the scent in the room. It was very pleasant. The bed was ok, but would love to see more comfortable pillows available. The air conditioner was very loud. Providing breakfast items the next morning was a nice touch. Overall, I would stay at this location in the future. As someone who worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, I hope my feedback is helpful and would allow changes to be made for all your future guests. Thank you for a nice stay.

Pros:

Your staff was great. Loved the location. Great hot chocolate.

Cons:

The air conditioner and the dead bolt did not work. The refrigerator did not get cold enough to keep milk.
