Good location and convenient for business trip to KL.
Pros:

Room met our expectation for one night stay while on business trip. There was sufficient amenities for a comfortable stay. Lighting and air-conditioning was good.

Cons:

There was only one out of two lifts working which resulted in somewhat long waiting time.

The location is perfect, with plenty of nearby facilities. room was ok but bathroom old and outdated

Excellent Service and a Comfortable Stay
Pros:

I arrived late at night around midnight and was warmly welcomed by the Front Desk team. They were very friendly and made the check-in process smooth and easy. I would especially like to thank the young lady at the Front Desk (unfortunately, I forgot her name), Ahmad and Mr. Arshad FOM for their excellent assistance and professionalism.

The room was very clean and in excellent condition. The room was also cleaned and well maintained every day with great attention to detail. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.

Congratulations to the Front Office and Housekeeping and Kitchen teams for their outstanding service. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Reception Service Needs Significant Improvement
Pros:

My experience with the hotel reception was very disappointing.

During check-in, I made full payment using my credit card. However, at check-out, the receptionist insisted that my payment had not gone through and asked me to provide the payment receipt. Unfortunately, I did not keep the receipt because I assumed the transaction was completed successfully during check-in.

I immediately contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the payment had indeed been successfully charged to my account. After the issue was resolved, I left the hotel. When I arrived home, I received a notification that another RM250 had been deducted from my account. I contacted my bank again to verify the transaction, and then called the hotel. Eventually, the hotel admitted that the second charge was due to their own mistake and refunded the amount.

In addition, the air conditioning in the room was not working properly. A technician came to repair it, but the room remained warm throughout the night and even until the next morning, making our stay quite uncomfortable.

When we first arrived, we were very happy with the hotel and were already thinking about returning in the future. Unfortunately, after experiencing the payment issues and the uncomfortable room conditions, we have decided that we will not be staying here again.

I hope the hotel will improve its reception service, payment handling procedures, and room maintenance to prevent other guests from going through the same experience.

La seule chose que nous avons appréciée dans cet établissement est la piscine.

À notre arrivée, la première chambre qui nous a été attribuée dégageait une odeur nauséabonde. Après quelques vérifications, nous avons constaté qu’une fuite de la climatisation avait complètement inondé le sol.

Nous avons immédiatement signalé le problème à un membre du personnel, qui nous a indiqué que nous allions changer de chambre. Cependant, une fois arrivés à la réception, nous nous sommes rendu compte qu’il n’y avait aucune communication entre les différents membres du personnel, ce qui a rendu la situation encore plus frustrante.

Pour couronner le tout, au lieu de bénéficier d’un geste commercial, nous avons été déclassés et installés à l’étage le plus bas, avec, vous vous en doutez, une vue bien moins agréable que celle initialement prévue.

Une expérience très décevante, tant par la gestion de l’incident que par le manque de coordination et de considération envers les clients.

Be careful about the smell...
Pros:

The room was terrible...the smell of bath room(not only mine, another room of my companion said, too).
The front desk service was good, but their speech was unclear to the point that I had to ask multiple times, and the Wi-Fi password was written in a way that was impossible to read... I don't recommend it, and I don't want to.

One of the best place to stay in KL.
Pros:

The location was great, not too packed and peaceful area. The room were comfortable with good AC temperature as it was not freezing cold or too hot. The price is definitely valuable as the hospitality, food and room was top tier. I come here to stay for 1 night for an interview, but it was so good that I would come again just for vacation in KL.
