Pros:

Velmi krásné ubytování v noblesním stylu. Paní recepční vše do detailu vysvětlila. Nebyl žádný problém.

Cons:

V Itálii člověk některé věci nepochopí, takže hledání hotelu podle čísla popisného dalo fakt fušku.

Fabulous hotel in a lovely district
Pros:

Beautiful authentic hotel - close to the main attractions and in a really part of the city. Lots of bars and restaurants within minutes . Lovely staff. Bedrooms were fabulous

Très bien localisé à côté du palazzo Pitti. Une meilleure signalisation peut-être. Jolie décoration avec des oeuvres d'art dans les chambres, et un peu dans les couloirs. Excellent petit déjeuner dans une belle salle.

Cons:

Partie communes un peu vieilles, ascenseur vieillot. Un peu cher.

Amazing all round, location, room, breakfast, staff, so helpful!!! Really is a 15th century establishment and beautiful
Pros:

Fab location, amazing authentic room, comfy bed, great staff.

Cons:

A touch nosy on the lowest floor as opposite breakfast room and right next to reception so you can hear telephone and front door, but it’s a boutique hotel, so not busy! Still loved the place!!!
