Cons:

Checked out 2 days early and was told our fees were refunded to our card and we would see the credit in 7 business days. We never received it. Additional contact with property mgmt brought no resolution. Very disappointing

Cons:

Since I wanted a first floor room, with 2 full beds, and none were available, the queen bed we accepted when we arrived (on first floor) seemed too small for us.
