Aggressive and rude staff, dirty room, don’t take card - don’t stay here
Pros:

It was close to a supermarket.

Cons:

1. Cockroaches, lizards, mosquitos and rodent droppings in the room
2. We were three girls and after check in the woman tried to barge in on two occasions without knocking and very aggressively told us to ‘keep the bed clean because ye are only here for one night’
3. We were also made feel uncomfortable by the male staff who hid behind the counter watching us going back to our room without saying anything at night time
4. The hotel does not take card although that was not said anywhere online. The woman on staff was very unhelpful and pretended not to be able to speak English after talking to us on numerous occasions previously fine. We were asking her simple questions and she would ignore and repeat that we had to pay in cash and told one of us to shush when we were trying to speak.
5. The linen bedsheets and the towels hadn’t been washed and were dirty
6. We asked to be moved upstairs due to the cockroach infestation on the ground floor coming in under the doors at 1am and the man laughed at us and said no.
None of us have ever left a bad review online but this needed to be said. At the end of our Vietnam trip, this was the worst experience and we are extremely disappointed with this service. We would highly recommend not to book this hotel.

Anh chị chủ nhà nhẹ nhàng, tạo điều kiện cho khách nhận phòng khi đến sớm.

Cons:

Phòng không như quảng cáo,chật,không có tủ đồ cá nhân,hình ảnh chụp mì tôm bánh kẹo mà thực tế phòng ko có.So với 1 số khách sạn xung quanh có cầu thang máy ra biển gần hơn thì với giá đó chưa phải là rẻ mà tiền phù hợp với phòng. Lần đầu đi du lịch ở ngày thứ 2 đã bị đòi tiền thuê và phài cọc trước, mà theo cơ chế của booking ko phải đặt cọc.

Pros:

Nếu bạn muốn một nơi lưu trú rất gần (chỉ cần đi bộ tầm 10 phút) Công viên Biển Đông để tham gia các hoạt động vui chơi thể thao hay tắm biển Mỹ Khê với giá cả rất mềm thì An Bình Tài là một lựa chọn không thể bỏ qua. Bên cạnh đó, khách sạn và phòng ốc rất sạch sẽ. GĐ tôi được bố trí ở phòng tầng 4 nhìn ra sân thượng nên rất thoáng do gió biển ùa vào. Khách sạn nằm trên con đường khá rộng rợp bóng cây xanh nên rất mát mẻ và yên tĩnh. Để có giá hợp lý nhất nên chủ khách sạn tiết giảm hầu hết các thứ. v.d. cung cấp nước uống đóng chai miễm phí, ... nhưng lại có bình nấu nước siêu tốc nên khách cũng có dụng cụ thuận tiện để tự phục vụ. Khách sạn không thu phí lưu trú trước khi đặt trên Booking. com mà thu khi bạn đến ở nên cũng là một điểm cộng.

Cons:

Cái TV thế hệ cũ và bắt bị lệch so với view từ phòng ngủ nhìn ra nên không dùng được. Mấy đứa nhỏ cần xem TV khi ba mẹ chúng lướt mạng, kkk.
